The first time it failed inspection since a cut-off valve was not installed (and we had requested a cut-off valve). After the work was done, we didnâ t think about it - but all the pilot lights for our hot water heater, heater, and fireplaces should have been reset prior to his leaving. Otherwise, it was a great job."

He not only cleaned the dryer vent but also cleaned and disinfected all the furnace/air conditioning vents in our entire house. He did the work efficiently, kept us apprised of what things he was finding in the vents, was considerate of noise and hose & ladder hazards, and installed new filters in the return vents. I would highly recommend him to everyone who might need these services.
