I contracted Yavapai Landscaping to do two days of Firewise work at my home in Talking Rock. They were outstanding, professional and very efficient. Their crew leader Levi was a pleasure to deal with on both times and answered my questions and gave his advice on a couple trees I was not sure on what i wanted to do with. I have since contacted them to replace a irrigation shutoff valve that cracked as well. Highly recommend.

What we thought to be an easy job because sprinklers were already in place, turned into a nightmare because the previous owner had covered several sprinkler heads with pavers and concrete without first capping them off. The valve box had been filled with mud, trash and concrete and the drip lines had been cut entirely. The Yavapai team was outstanding; Ryan, Mike, Aaron and Devon all busted their butts to get the job done on time in spite of all of the additional work. The new lawn looks amazing and changes the entire feel of the back yard.

Very Well. The guys were nice, professional, seemed busy the whole time, & on time. They cleaned up everything. Since my husband was out of state for a family emergency, when they were starting, they even called him to verify something to make sure we were all on the same page & he'd be happy when he came home. He was happy. It looks nice.

They did an excellent job. Our previous landscaper left us high and dry. Despite repeated requests, he refused to do the job properly. He claimed that it would take hours. It took a little over an hour to do what we asked. Very personable and friendly. I would recommend them to everyone.

Yavapai Landscaping did a yard clean-up for me at my house and I was so impressed. It was affordable and the estimator was so nice and gave us pricing right on the spot. They then scheduled me for the next week and the crew was so polite, professional and extremely hard-working. They did everything I asked them to do and even things I didn't think of (like checking my irrigation system). They even did a follow-up phone call to make sure I was pleased with the work. If you have chance to use them, please do!

We had seen Yavapai Landscaping at the Home & Garden Show in Prescott Valley and since we wanted some extensive landscaping work done, we took their card. We called right after the show ended and scheduled an appointment for a free estimate. Although they had to cancel our original appointment, they did call a couple days in advance and asked if we would reschedule. They showed up for the 2nd appointment as scheduled. We went through all the things we wanted done and they tried to up-sell us on every item (like add a fertilizing system to our drip system). After showing them everything we wanted to do, they gave us a verbal estimate on-the-spot and it was outrageously high compared to the other quotes we had received. What was even more telling is that they measured our yard at over 50% more sq feet than any of the other bidders (or the original landscaper). We have landscape rock down now and we were looking for an upgraded rock to put over the top. We weren't looking to expand where the rock was, just overlay it so how could the other 3 companies be close and this one say our yard had 50% more square feet (and one guy was measuring the yard while I was talking to the other one). We got the impression that they either really didn't want the job (which surprised us as it was definitely going to be a 5 figure job) or they were just trying to rip us off (which surprised us too). Update: The company did see the review, and did come out to understand the feedback and asked for a consideration in using again.

Yavapai Landscaping is an excellent company to work with. We highly recommend Yavapai L/S. Nathan Green, Owner, Meghan Stith, Office Mgr., & Devon Mastera, Field Mgr., are all very knowledgeable, responsive & professional. They installed a complete irrigation system replace/upgrade, on a large lot with established plantings, over a weekend. Their assessment of the work needed and recommendations for installation were well thought out and cost efficient. The installation was done in a very professional and timely manner. The site was left in a very clean and orderly manner.

First experience was a good clean job-up job; good but very pricey. Recently I called to get estimate on a hedge trimming that runs most of the length of our property. Brent answered and had Nathan call me back. He told me he would call to schedule when he was able to see his schedule. He never did calI back. I hired another company.

Quite pricey for the plants. He wasn't very communicative about when he would come back, he kept pushing the date back. I don't think he had documented that he was going to come back, so he played it off by pushing the date back. At this point he has stopped responding or returning my calls. I'm still not sure how to operate the drip system panel, so scheduled to operate 15 minutes every day.
