"On 12/23, I had set an appointment with another plumbing company and they failed to show up and wasted an afternoon. I patiently waited for them and then they failed to honor their commitment to install a toilet on 12/24 & said they couldnâ t come out until 12/26. I have a house full of family coming for Christmas and they seemed totally unconcerned. Willâ s All Pro to the rescue. They sent Andrew out before 10 am and he did an outstanding quick and efficient job. The toilet was installed before 11 am. They even worked with me on the installation price. Iâ m 72 years old and retired. Andrew had a great attitude and professionalism. Thanks to Willâ s All Pro and Andrew for saving Christmas."

"Excellent work by an efficient and profession plumber. Bought the tap install through Angie list but was informed upon arrival that changing the turn offs was not included even though I had the taps and all the valves and lines. The up charge was another 120.00 to change valves and lines along with the taps. The outside hose tap cost another 80.00 to change out with me supplying the new tap. The plumber arrived and completed all the work in 45 minutes plus another 15 minutes for paperwork. Including the price I paid to Angie's List, this one hour job ended up costing over 250.00 for 1 hour labour as I supplied all the plumbing parts. The work was well done, but 250.00 an hour for a plumber is outrageous. Would not recommend them for this reason. Buyer beware that adding on extra work on an Angie list price is very expensive."

"The plumber was able to unclog the drain by removing the safety catch (not sure this is the proper name for it) on the other side of the wall.  A lot of sludge had built up during the years and he was able to clear it effectively.
A couple of winters ago, Tucson experienced a freeze, pipes froze, causing major damage and headaches for home owners, I was one of them.  I called Wood's Plumbing and was adviced every available plumber was driving to and through town mending/repairing broken pipes, it would be a while until someone could come to my home.  Eventually they did and repaired the pipe.  While the truck was parked in front of the house, about 4 or 5 neighbors came out and asked the plumbers to please check their connections.  The fellows took the time to do so, leaving my neighbors feeling a little bit more at ease.

"Called various electricians and found no-one willing to do the installation without scaffolding, which would add $325 to the job or a special ladder adding $250 to the  job for just the equipment.  Found White Brothers, who have a perfect size ladder for the installation with no additional charges.  They were courteous, prompt, and professional from start to finish.  Would use again, and plan to for another job after the holidays.  Glad to have found them.

Storm Drain Installation questions, answered by experts

While sometimes used interchangeably, screen doors and storm doors have key differences. Screen doors are simple structures, typically composed of just a frame and a screen, designed to keep out bugs while allowing air circulation. In contrast, storm doors are heavier and more complex, built to protect your home's main entry door from weather and intruders. They usually feature an aluminum frame with interchangeable tempered glass and screen panels, allowing you to switch between ventilation and insulation. A storm door offers more protection and versatility but generally costs more than a basic screen door.

There are several potential causes of a gap at the top of your storm door. For one, your door may naturally start to sag as your house settles over time. Other possible explanations include loose screws, faulty hinges, damaged weatherstripping, or incorrect installation. The right solution for fixing a gap will depend on the cause.

Homes need solid construction to survive a hurricane, including these parts:

  • A secure foundation at the right elevation for your home’s flood threat level

  • Hurricane straps to secure your home’s foundation

  • Waterproof basement sealant or rubberized sheeting that directs water away from the foundation

  • A strong, well-attached roof that’s firmly secured to the framing

  • Shutters or roll-down window protectors that you can close outside to prevent broken windows

  • A garage door bracing system to keep high winds from caving in or tearing off the door

  • Deadbolts to keep your exterior doors in place against wind pressure and floodwater

Storm doors aren’t necessarily outdated. In fact, there are many benefits to installing a storm door, including improving your home’s energy efficiency, keeping pests out of your house, and protecting your home against the elements. However, storm doors aren’t great if you live in an area with high humidity because the door can trap heat and potentially damage your front door.

Professionals ensure energy efficiency, enhanced security, and compliance with ADA and fire safety regulations.
