"Service specialist was Marco Prieto. Time set was between 10am and 1pm. Called to see if he could come earlier. Arrived at 9:30am. Marco had been to my house 2 years earlier for a drain problem and did a great job, so he was familiar with the plumbing in the house. Went right to work. Took care of things in a very clean and professional manner. Work took about 30 minutes. Answered all my questions in a very polite way. Drains are running great for the first time in months. Very pleased with this young man and his work ethic. Will work with Reddi Services and hopefully Mr. Prieto again in the future."

He rootered the pipe under the sink to resolve the slow draining kitchen sink. "I called American Discount Plumbing to install a under the sink garbage disposal for me in the kitchen.I called Pavel on Monday and he came over to assess the situation and got an idea of what he had to get in materials etc and he came over Tuesday morning and did my job.A matter of fact he called me and asked me if he could come over a little early and that was really helpful!He got started promptly and took out all the old plumbing and had to install all new plumbing because my plumbing wasn't set up for a garbage disposal.He got it all in and checked for leaks and made sure everything was working properly. He even put in a new drain on the other side for no extra charge! He put all of his garbage in a plastic bag and cleaned up after himself.I have not one negative comment about the quality of service i got.Pavel is a quality oriented professional and he's great on the price too!
