On arriving everyone was very courteous and got to work right away. Bill had given me a good idea over the phone what my price would be but I mentioned I would need him back for a larger repair in our garage. He took a look and said he could fix it at the same time and added only a minimal increase in the original price. The work was beautiful and not a speck of dust left behind. "Let me begin by saying how good it was to do business with Kent, Edgar and his crew. It was the best home improvement I have ever received. Kent is a professional with tremendous knowledge of his services. He was prompt, courteous and service focused and pleasure to do business with. Edgar the crew manager was attentive to the details of specific requests and was meticulous in completing them. His crew was courteous and professional. Now I will talk about the services: Popcorn removal: The Beehive method of popcorn removal is clean and required a minimum of furniture movement. The finish that was applied to the ceilings was well done and the painting was excellent. Clean, minimum work for me to move furniture and an excellent job on the new ceiling treatment.... I think that says it all. Electrical: At my request, Ken made several recommendations for lighting improvements. The recommendations were sound and my wife and I said OK. The results changed our kitchen dramatically.... wow the right lighting made a significant improvement to our kitchen. Ken also recommended a novel approach to reading lights in our Master Bedroom and it has been wonderful, excellent light and the ability to adjust light levels and individually select lights is the way to go. The lighting solution's required drywall work in both the kitchen and the master bedroom. The repair of the drywall was very well done and there is zero sign that work has been done. Ken and his team also replaced every outlet and switch in the entire house to give it a fresh look that would go with our painting and replace fixtures that were 30 yrs old. Interior Painting: Ken and his crew repainted every square inch of our house including the doors. The quality of the work was excellent and very clean. We stayed in our house during the work and the crew was very good at cleaning up daily. The work was done in a timely fashion with high quality. Trust: My wife and I had complete trust in the crew with respect to leaving them in the house and having them lock up when they were finished. Other than a few key items, I left everything else in place. I had no issues what so ever. Summary: Each aspect of the extensive work that Ken and his crew did was excellent. Beehive turned the interior of the house dramatically..... it feels like we are in a new home. Ken and his crew were very easy to work with and professional. The quality of the service was excellent and I felt like it was competitively/fairly priced"

"I contacted them and described the job that I needed a bid on. We have a 600 square foot office with 3 rooms. We agreed on the price and time of service. He and I both arrived 15 minutes early and inspected the area to be painted. He noticed a  drywall crack and said he would make the repair and no extra charge. I left and came back late that afternoon to pay him. He had needed to apply 3 coats of paint as we were using a much lighter color than what was used before. The office looked terrific, I did not see any evidence of the wall crack that had previously existed. I asked him how much extra that would cost and he replied that he would honor his original bid. I gave him some extra cash as an expression of my gratitude. I have several work related needs for paint contractors and I plan to use him from now on. It's refreshing to find someone who is reliable and a great craftsman.

"Joe gave me an estimate we decided on what was far and he began the job, they found that some of the existing wall were week and were not supported by studs, so we worked out a price to get these wall an ceiling fixed they had a lot of that. once done we worked out a price to get closet doors hung and base trim along with framing windows, they did an excellent job.

"Service provider was on time, was professional and courteous.  They informed us the inspection would take 2 hours and we didn't have to come until the last 15 minutes, but my husband wanted to be there for the whole thing and see the inspection.  The inspector was very tolerant of my husband following him around for the inspection, questioning every single thing the inspector looked at, and answered all of his questions.  He was very thorough, there was no part of the house or property he did not inspect.  If there was something he could not inspect for one reason or another he made note of it and we were aware of it.  He provided the report via e-mail before the day was over.  The one and only thing I would have liked and did not receive was a printed color copy of the report.  I understand I was sent an electronic copy immediately and that was helpful, but I would have appreciated a printed color copy mailed to me a few days after the fact.  He took a million pictures, and I do not have a color printer, and much is lost in those pictures when they are printed black and white.  I understand I can go to an office supply and have a color copy printed, but it would be nice if they included one as part of the service.  But, if I buy any houses in the future I will use NPI again, I was very happy with their service and their price.  Thank you so much.
