Arizona Seamless Gutters is a quality and service-driven, family-owned company. We started business in 1981 with one gutter machine on a flat bed truck. Today we have seven gutter machines, five box trucks, one pickup and two trailers serving northern Arizona. Arizona Seamless Gutters is currently owned and operated by Jack Rose and Travis Stedman. We provide both commercial and residential services. Arizona Seamless prides itself in customer service. We have a fully qualified office staff that is available during regular business hours to answer all of your questions. We also have experienced estimators who will come to your home or building in order to ensure that ever detail is considered in advance. With 30 years of experience and years of dependable service, you might say ‘Integrity’ is our middle name. We have a reputation of excellence. Arizona Seamless Gutters is licensed, bonded, and insured (ROC 211087). We are in good standing with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. We are proud members of the Yavapai County Contractors Association. We are also in good standing with the Better Business Bureau. Arizona Seamless was the first gutter company in the state of Arizona to offer Galvalume gutter products. Galvalume is made with a special process to coat galvanized steel onto aluminum giving it superior strength with less expansion and contraction. Galvalume steel gutters and downspouts are stronger, more dent resistant, and with half the movement of aluminum gutters. This means less strain on your fastening system and reduced buckling and breaking. A special “baked on” painting process protects for 30 years from fading, guaranteed.

"The gutters installed on the house look beautiful. The installation crew were all very professional, personable and they made sure that we were satisfied with the installation before they left. They did an outstanding job!"

We provide free estimates. Installation of all types of roof coverings Shingle, Roof Coatings, Metal, Tile, Roll Roofing on New and Existing Structures (Residential and Commercial). We use only quality material and provide a workmanship warranty.

"LCR was great and I am already planning to hire them again to roof another building. This job involved stripping off the old layers of roofing, checking the roof deck for soundness, installing new ice/water shield and flashing and new underlayment per our demanding county codes, and then applying new architectural shingles. Evelyn was very helpful dropping off shingle sample boards so we could find the right color, and then scheduling the job around COVID-caused uncertainties (supply chain issues and team member illnesses). Then Olin and his crew arrived and did a perfect job - including adding flashing where there should have been some but previously wasn't, and working around and under some tricky overhangs. The job ended up looking terrific, and they cleaned up thoroughly. Couldn't have been more pleased with this crew."

"I got one of those deals on Angie’s List for roof maintenance. I got a response in less than 24 hrs. Jesus showed up on time. He assessed the problem and showed me pictures. It was pretty much what I expected: a leak around the solar panels. He checked the rest of the roof as well. Jesus fixed the problem area without any additional charges. He was very thorough and professional. I’d recommend him to any of my friends."

"***STAY AWAY*** They should remove the word "Solutions" from their name. That is far from what they provide. I started the process with Arizona Foundation "solutions" back in May of 2021 to fix a retaining wall/foundation. After meeting with the sales person they did let me know that they can proceed with engineering the "solution". After about 30 days I met with the sales person again so he could present the "solution" and take a deposit. I agreed to the option they offered and they stated I would be on the calendar to be completed before December 2021. During the permitting process there were items that came up that were needed from me directly by the county. These items were provided. After these items were provided I had not been contacted by anyone at the company to schedule the repair. At at the same time I was told by the county that Arizona Foundation "Solutions" was needing more engineering from me to complete the job. Obviously this was concerning as I should have heard about this directly from the company I was spending ten's of thousands of dollars with. However it was crickets. After reaching out to the sales person by call, text, email with no response before the holidays, I gave him the benefit of the doubt and waited until after the holidays and tried again with no avail. I then was put in contact with the "Area Sales Manager" whom after a week reviewed everything and let me now that the project they had in their hands for 7-8 months now was unfortunately out of scope for their company to complete and said they would be refunding me my deposit. I questioned how was this job reviewed and drawn out by an engineer and yet its somehow not able to be completed by them? Another week went by and the same manager contacting me and let me know that the owner reviewed and said they would solve this and get the job completed. I mistrustfully agreed for them to continue. After waiting another 2 weeks with no communication, I reached back out only to find out they were wrong and actually could not come up with a "solution" and would be refunding me my deposit (again). I waited another 2 weeks for my check to come in the mail and then called again to now find out they sent the check to a wrong address and would need to cancel that check and send out another. I asked for them overnight the check for my inconvenience and the refused to as this was an "additional cost that had to be approved". Throughout the most recent 2 months I tried to get the owners (Bob Brown) attention by phone/email to discuss my entire situation and was told he was in "meetings" 10/10 times I called. I was FINALLY able to get him to call back once I called every hour on the hour same day. As I expressed to the owner, the incompetency and ignorance starts at the top at his company. Not only was the communication poor at best during my dealings, the fact that an apologize nor any remorse was expressed on how my customer service experience was. A few key items to any contracting/construction work is setting expectations, communication, and follow through. NONE of which was provided by Arizona Foundation "Solutions". This type of work is extremely costly and any company completing it should be handling their customers with at least some respect while they spend a price of a new car or part of a college tuition on."

"I have had many customer service issues and was very disappointed with Vertex Roofing!! They are horrible at returning emails/phone calls and keeping customers updated. I ended up with a color roof that I did not select!!!!!! I was told they no longer had the color I chose, but instead of coming back and asking me, they chose another color for me on their own. It is supposedly a higher grade material, although I have not received any paperwork to that effect. Here are some of the other issues --After I signed the contract I received an email that said that I would be notified when my materials came in, which I was not. --When I developed a leak around the ceiling fan in my dining room in August, it took me two phone calls and two emails to get a response. That response did not include any offers of assistance to temporarily fix the problem. I was just told August 14th that I would be up the end of the next week or the beginning of the following. The Production Manager said that he would be out to look at the job site, which to my knowledge never occurred. --The next few weeks were very stressful as it was raining almost every day and I was worried about more leaking. I finally called on the 23rd to see if I could get an update, since no one had been out and I didn't even know if all my materials were in. -- Production Manager called Friday 24th to say a crew would be out early Monday and he would email me the specifics. I never received an email. --The crew did a good job and worked around the dogs by not going in the back yard. However, Thursday when they left they said they would be returning the next day. I work from home, so I moved a few meetings from Friday morning to Tuesday morning in case of noise. No one showed up or called until around 1 pm, the Production Manager called to say they would be back Saturday morning to finish. --Finished as promised Saturday, but I had a standing volunteer engagement and was not here when they left. I was expecting to be left care instructions and warranty information, which I never received. --One last customer service oddity was that no one in the company that I tried to contact who has a cell phone had their voice mail set up with a message confirming their name and that they are a Vertex Roofing employee. The generic you have reached ###-###-####, did not fill me with confidence that I even had the right number. All of these issues were addressed with an apology and 1.25% discount off the price, which is not a lot, but I just wanted to be done with all the hassle. Unfortunately there is a part II to the saga. I never received a final receipt from the last payment (made over the phone) or the warranty information that was supposed to come from the manufacturer. I also did not approve my two raised air roof vents and whirlybird to be removed from my roof. In fact part of the sales pitch was for an extra $10,000 I could get a raised roof line with increased air vents all along the top to save energy. I did not have the additional money for that, but the sales representative thought it would be fine with my existing vents. The contract specifies anything on the roof that will be removed and not returned, such as the satellite dish. Existing vents were not to be removed. Again it took an email and a phone call before I got a response from the Branch Manager on the vent issue (not on the receipt or warranty issues, which I did not get a response). He said he thought some existing slates/vents on the side of my house would be fine and the other vents were not needed. This contradicts the sales representative and all of my neighbors who have many vents and whirlybirds on their roofs. The Branch Manager did try to stop by once, but I was in a meeting (work from home). Since that visit I have left a voice mail and sent two emails. Ugh. Not sure why I have to argue when the contract clearly does not say they can remove my existing vents. Update a new whirly bird was installed and I got a blurry electronic copy of the warranty. I am still very unhappy with the roof color!"

Gutter Repair and Replacement questions, answered by experts

Zinc gutters can truly last a lifetime. As one of the strongest materials used for roofing and gutter systems, zinc can last up to 90 years. Even copper gutters don't last as long as zinc gutters. Zinc gutters are a long-lasting investment in both the value and appearance of your home.

Outside of regular maintenance, most gutter repairs are best left to the pros. Most gutter projects require basic ladder safety and (sometimes) getting on top of your roof. Without the proper equipment (or if you generally get a little nervous with heights), you could put yourself at risk of serious injury. On top of that, improperly repaired gutters could result in longer term damage that requires a full replacement.

The best way to seal gutters is with a combination of waterproof roofing cement and silicone gutter sealant. This powerful duo works to prevent water from escaping through holes and cracks while allowing for breathability. While you can use polyurethane sealants, silicone sealants tend to be more flexible when it comes to climate. Silicone is UV-resistant and bonds well to many surfaces. However, polyurethane sealant bonds better with wood.

Repairs typically cost between $150 and $600, depending on the extent of the damage, the materials involved, and the labor involved.

Whether you need to remove your home's gutters before installing a drip edge depends entirely on their installation. In most cases, you can work around the gutters and not have to remove them. This process is straightforward because the drip edge should extend past the back edge of the gutter. However, if your gutter placements are high on the fascia, you may have to take them down to install the drip edge properly.
