BIG O TIRES

Drove in with a flat tire, they removed, repaired and put it back on the card in about an hour. very happy with service on a Sunday morning.

I know the owner and I owned an auto repair facility for 20 plus years a couple of hundred miles from here. He's a straight shooter. I was impressed when I was sitting in there waiting to get a tire fixed and how he handled his customers, listening to him talk and you can just tell by his demeanor and his conversation that he was shooting pretty straight. Sometimes they can be really hard to find because they do auto repair also and not just tires. He's easy to talk to and his prices were good.

I go here regularly. They are professional, cheerful, waiting room is very pleasant.

I brought in one of their mailer coupons for a oil change and maintenance/service check. I told them I wanted to upgrade the oil to synthetic. They told me there was a whole different service for synthetic oil that didn't apply to that coupon. They had worked on my car before so since I needed the oil changed we went ahead. Then when the bill came back there were extra charges that were never authorized. I was not happy and when I complained they did refund some money, but I still will not be able to trust them.
