Very and very professional.

Original rain gutter was removed and cleaned of debris. Fascia was replaced and painted with the paint I provided and original rain gutter was replaced. Looks good as new. I was contacted promptly and job was professionally. Entrances into my roof were resealed as well. All for a very fair price.

o not use Granite Basin Roofing......We had to fight our HOA to get a metal shingle roof approved.  We finally got our approval and we were so excited about it.  That quickly turn to a nightmare.  Greg (owner) did the estimating and after that was absent.  Temko rep was here and he was really clueless.  The workers thought they were going to install the roof with the OLD paper down.  We had to be on top of them every step of the way. There were gaps in the metal with exposed wood. Kinda hard to fix once you cut the metal!   We wanted our hood vent pipe taken out, they covered over it and my husband caught that and they had cut the under lament to pull the pipe out.   Adam was one supervisor and said call anytime, we did and NO return calls.  We would call the office and no return calls or emails were sent asking for a confirmation that the email was sent to Greg...no replies. Towards the end, I called and had to verbally  get a confirmation from Alexia that she did receive my calls and emails.   It took 6 months to finish our roof. It had to be taken a part due to the fact it was in stalled with so many mistakes.  The day workers would show up and stand around for an hour and work for 3-4 hours and leave. The job was short on material, so we had to wait for that.  The workers used BLACK caulk at the flanges that butts up against our yellow house!  We wanted this roof for the energy aspect and the beauty of it.  It took so long that we ended up paying Allied Roofing Supplies ourselves.  The one and only person who was a help to us was Jami Dixon.  And from our observation she is over worked.  When she was finally assigned our job she tried everything she could to find a solution to our many problems.  The first crew really did not respect her as after she would line them up and drive off, they would just go back to doing nothing.  She worked her tail off being pulled in many directions. She is the saving grace to this company.  They finally hired a old employee back and he got things figured out. He pulled the roof off and fixed it correctly.  We showed them the video from Temko on how it should be installed....really is that our job?  And due to the length of the screws that  Temko requires for warranty, we have, in my opinion, unsightly screws coming through the eaves.  To close those in,  it would cost us, per a bid from Greg, Granite Basin Roofing $4300.00.  Needless to say, we are not closing them in.  How much did our roof cost you may ask??/  At 1840 sq ft living space plus the garage,  $25,500.00.  For us that is a lot of money.  It looks beautiful now after all the mistakes and sloppiness was fixed.   We would not recommend Granite Basin Roofing for any job!

Prompt on quote and willing to take time in person and over the phone to answer all questions.  Coordinated with gutter company for removal of gutter helmet on house and patio along with gutters on patio before roofing started.  Did a good job of reinforcing section of patio that needed removed and replaced due to rot.  All workers were friendly and professional.  Did a good job with cleanup each day; took 4 days to complete (partially due to wait on city inspector).  Foreman took pictures during reroof and owner after reroof that were required as proof of installation for insurance company (had hail damage to roof).  Always prompt returning calls and follow up questions.  Excellent reroofing job; would definitely use again!

I like their price and their work is very good. They were on time, they showed up when they said they would and they did the work that we requested.

They were a little slow but they got the work done. They did a good work. They were slow on getting out there but once they got there, they got their work done fast and it's a pretty good job. I would recommend them if you have the time. It took them a little bit to get out there but once they got there, they did a good job.

I had been told by another roofer that I needed a new roof.  Granite's owner said I only needed repairs in one area and that the roof had another 5-7 years of useful life left.  I have had no leaks or other problems with the roof since he repaired it.

Greg came over in the afternoon and gave me a price for the repair. Less than 2 hours later a tech was here on my roof. Very nice guy did a great job explaining what he was going to do and explained everything when he was done. Very, Very satisfied with the work.

The entire work took less that 4 hours.  The installer was very friendly and professional.  He explained what had to be done to achieve the end result.

I was very impressed with the punctuality of this team.  They were there when they said they would be there, they were done when they said they would be done.  Communication was excellent, and included communication with my insurance company for a few things that had been damaged in the past.  I'd highly recommend them to anyone.  And 4 months later the roof looks and is performing great.
