They were really good.

AIl in all, it was a slow process: usually a week or two between his appearances, which were blamed on  APS, Ferrellgas, Coconino County, and his son's broken arm which put the poor kid in the hospital - twice.  The expenses were mind blowing.
The generator never actually  worked until months later when I contacted a Home Depot manager at the Route 66 Flagstaff store, who gave me the name of the real authorized dealer who was in Cottonwood/Clarkdale. (And who had the thing running in a couple of hours.) 
Home Depot also told me that the guy I'd contracted with was someone  who wasn't listed with Home Depot or Kohler to install the generator after all.
Installer-person was a far cry from being able to see the job though. Ultimately, he had managed to get the motor running for a few seconds before it cut out - enough to satisfy me that he had programmed the generator to cut off specifically just for demonstration purposes, that he had finished the job, and that his final payment which he had greatly inflated  on account of all the 'extra work he had to do', was due.   All in all, I paid him about $10,000 including the generator.  After that I couldn't get through to him inspite of messages to please get the generator to run and to fill out the paperwork for the warranty with the manufacturer.

It went well. They made a mistake but then they came back and fixed it.

I usually don't watch the prices that are on the shelf and what the cashier rings up. A few months ago, I noticed the price of wooden fencing was one price on the shelf but I was charged more at the register. I pointed it out to the floor person and he gave me a paper to take to customer service for the difference. It was only a couple of dollars and I was pressed for time and didn't go to customer service.
Today, I was buying some shelving and I didn't pay close attention to the price. At the register the cost of the items didn't seem right. I paid and then took the receipt and compared prices. Again I was overcharged for an item I purchased. I pointed it out to the floor person and had to wait about 10 minutes while he finished restocking his shelves. He checked the price and I was told to go to customer service for a refund.
I recommend paying more attention to the price listed and what they charge. They are poorly managed or dishonest. If they overcharge might as well go to Ace Hardware where the price might be a little higher but they are local and honest.

They came out and measured and got samples. We didn't have to go in the store other than talking to the gentleman in the window department and he said that they need to come out and give a quote for custom windows. They were professional. The salesman who came was very good. He came out and we showed him what we wanted, he gave us a couple of options and we settled on one. They have one thing were once you place an order they put our job on the website and they send us emails to let us know where our job is. They have in production and they called us and made an appointment to come and showed up within 15 minutes. They said 8:00 clock and they were 10 minutes early and they were from Phoenix which is 140 miles from here. It turned out pretty well. One of the windows had little bit of scratch on it and they are replacing it. I told them I don't know if it is a bad enough scratch but they said if it has a scratch they are replacing it. The price was competitive. The price I saw for local contractors in Flagstaff is all about the same. They did a really good job. All of them including the installers were very good.

AWESOME. I was greeted at the door with hot coffee and donuts. Who else does that?
