Terril and Brian Kay saw a need in the White Mountains region for a company to install a full range of exterior building materials. All Custom Exteriors Inc. has become that ONE STOP SHOP providing dependable customer service linked with quality craftsmanship to meet your exterior building needs. Your advantage? From the beginning the Kay family set a goal to achieve and maintain a reputation of value and quality in services offered. In part this is accomplished by All Customs Exteriors offering a wide assortment of choices with a focus on quality. Their goal is to provide high standards in old fashion service with competitive pricing while always striving to offer skilled workmanship using quality materials. The growth of All Customs Exteriors demanded a top-quality Showroom for exterior building products for the White Mountains Region. They were very good to work with. They gave us a great price on a difficult job to remove two old layers of shingles and install new shingles. During the job there were a couple of issues with rain leaking into the home, but they came out each time to address and take care of the problems. Our home has very steep angles on the roof, making it challenging to install the new roof... but they were able to get it done and it looks great! We are very happy with the new roof and very happy with the experience overall.
After my contract was accepted, the installation was promptly scheduled after the short wait for materials. The company utilizes different crews for each type of job (metal roofs, shingle roofs, siding, etc.). The three man installation crew was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They finished after one day (estimated at 1 to 1 1/2 days) and cleaned up before leaving.
The company is supported by a staffed warehouse and showroom in Taylor, AZ. They install roofing, siding, gutters and windows throughout Arizona.
