I bought a step though tub with all the bells and whistles. Sauna water and air jets, shower kit, in-line heating coils, lights, aroma therapy, etc. The tub itself is huge and requires 60 gallons to fill. That’s right, sixty gallons. My old water heater though good, had a 50 gallon capacity (10 gallons shy of what was needed to really enjoy the tub). On a Sunday night we had an emergency faucet repair need after we failed to fix it ourselves. Water Rehab was able to come out in 30 minutes and fix our faucet. Constantine was friendly and professional! They had also previously installed a tankless water heater for us and it is amazing. We experienced the same great service both times!

I chose Water Rehab because of Constatin. He was easy to deal with, seemed very honest and trustworthy. We had a lower bid, but I chose my trust in him over money. As it turned out, we had an issue with vibration noise caused by the recirculating pump. Constatin was very responsive and installed a timer at no cost to me to resolve the noise issues. He also applied a discount because we included a water softener in the project. Highly recommend Water Rehab!

I purchased my misting system from Water Rehab and it was installed by them. Constantin (the owner) was excellent to do business with. When I was having difficulty with the remote control, Constantin stayed with me until it was working correctly. I highly recommend Water Rehab and I will be using them in the future for servicing my water treatment systems.

Very Responsive company. Constantin quickly returned my call - initial inquiry. Had our new tankless hot water system installed the following afternoon. Very clean work.

Never received a quote after the visit and after getting a 2nd opinion, the fix was less than $100 and Water Rehab verbally quoted me close to $1k for fix and over $1500 for the new system. They should watch YouTube as the tech did exactly what they do when they try to sell a new system or expensive fix.

Miklah was my first POC with Water Rehab and her customer service skills were extraordinary. She was able to answer most of my questions and if she could not answer a question she was honest and indicated that she would get me an answer and get back to me. She did exactly what she said. The same day I spoke to Miklah, the owner showed up at my door and evaluated my needs. We decided on what was best for my family and he indicated that he could have a technician at my home the next day. Less than 24 hours after talking with Miklah, Dishawn showed up at my door ready to install the water softener that I had discussed with the owner. Dishawn came in did his job and left the garage a little cleaner than he found it. The Water Rehab team did an excellent job.
