+ -1 moreSub par work. I am left with damaged and unfinished cabinets. There is not a straight paint line in my home. Paint was left on wood door frames, vanities, tile, grout, wood floors, cabinets, light fixtures, and ceiling fans. Thry were paid by the insurance company to clean items that were never completed. The owner denies getting paint on our wood door frames - fortunately we have plenty of pictures. Given the choice of living with the awful smoke smell or having services provided by Resolution Fire and Flood, I would have chosen the smoke.
Description of Work: Restoration and repair following a kitchen fire.

These guys were great! After a huge monsoon and a subsequent basement flood, Resolution Fire + Flood was at my home within 45 minutes. The guys were professional, prompt and explained everything. The bill was incredibly reasonable compared to other flood clean-up services I have used. I will call these guys again, for sure!!!
Description of Work: Cleaned up flood water, left drying equipment overnight, removed damaged drywall, light fixtures and baseboards, provided a quote for replacing drywall and baseboards.

+ -1 moreThe work was exceptional! I'd been left high and dry by my original emergency restoration contractor and Chris came in and picked up the pieces. It's emotionally difficult when you are forced out of your home by damage to it. Chris was so attuned to the sensitivities it was laudable! All the work was done in a timely and extremely professional manner! All the work done was exceptional. His crews and Project Manager worked with our building's HOA and restrictions (daunting at best!) with ease and professionalism. His estimating and pricing were the best I had seen. The work done far exceeded my expectations, and I grew up in a family of contractors! The job site was always in good shape and there were never any nasty surprises when I showed up on the job site. The works crew always showed up as scheduled (a rarity in Phoenix!) All of the sub were exceptional, too. The job was completed in exactly the time frame quoted. Resolution Fire and Flood came highly recommended to us and I extend my recommendation highly.!
Description of Work: Repair and restoration of water damage in our high-rise condo. The work included insurance estimating and billing, hardwood flooring installation, drywall replacement and repair, replacement of baseboards and mouldings, re-hanging doors, repairing electrical, repairing and replacing cabinetry and closet systems, painting, remodeling a gas fireplace and a complete contents cleaning after the construcion work.

Very satisfied - professional firm.
Description of Work: An undiscovered slight water leak in an improperly installed master shower drain caused mold damage not easliy viewable behind the washer/dryer. Resolution was prompt in coming out (referred to us by the insurance claims person). Chris, the owner, was punctual and professional. Mold remediation in your house is a very unpleasant experience. Chris worked well with the insurance comapny so the payment process was easy (this was a covered claim). Chris kept us informed of the steps along the way so we had no surprises. The remediation techs were very good. They resoected our house and made the process as pleasant as possible. Even with all of the demolition, they kept out clean during the process. The repair crew was the only slight negative. They were OK but the quality was not what I would expect. Communication was also a little lacking. I would definitley recommend this company for remediation but if you have other contractors to do repairs that you trust you want want to go that way. Chris did, however, recommend a tile company to upgrade our shower and coordinated his company's efforts with theirs. I can not say enough positive about how Chris guided us through a stressful period.
