"I expected a price adjustment due to the drastic change is scope of work and was surprised to be billed $900...well over 50% of the original agreed upon amount. I would have rather paid the original amount and had the original work done to get the guarantee of fix, but was told the caulking was all that was needed to fix the problem. I agreed to pay $600 to make the whole thing go away, which is far, far too much money for the work that was done. Now, It's been 3 weeks since the work has been done. Got a good rainstorm today...and the windows still leak. No guarantee, paid a ton of money, and right back where I started originally. I guess I learned a very, very expensive lesson."

Here we assemble the construction set for City permit submittal and approval. This is a big undertaking for most homeowners. Gary then met with the city of Laguna Niguel on multiple occasions to present our plans and to respond to their comments and questions. In the end our construction permit was obtained, Gary made this permit process very simple for us.
