"I originally hired Carpet Police to clean the carpets in my house. They were the first to respond when I got on Angie's List. Somehow, Carpet Police got usurped by another company called Arizona Island. Arizona Island did a terrible job and I called Carpet Police, again, to please come and repair the bad carpet cleaning that was done. Carpet Police did as good a job as I could possible expect to fix what went wrong. Alfonso was efficient, friendly, wore his mask when he was inside and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again."

"Kenny did a good job on yard, but did not do everything he said he would do. Then I gave him $240 for cleaning out gutters and adding on more gutters. He did not come back after doing the yard work. He does not stay in touch, nor does he return my text. It's been two weeks and I have not any contact or refund. I would like to thank Kenny for keeping his word and returning my deposit. "The cleaning crew is okay with cleaning the house. However, they did not clean areas behind doors. They are suppose to be here for 3 hours, but you'll be lucky if you can get two out of them. The last crew showed us a range of 11 - 12:30 and said that this was how long they were to spend. In fact, this was the range of when they were to arrive. The management makes promises they can't keep. We have been overcharged for less than the amount of time we were promised. We are going to look for someone else. We won't use this service again.

"The team arrived as agreed and went to work.  I saw their vehicle was licensed in Arizona and asked about it.  They said they were still in business in AZ and ready to move business and family to San Diego. 
These guys were thorough, fast and professional.  I have to say this is the most I have paid for a detail (I requested additional services) and I am very happy.  I had decided the front driver floor mat would never come clean - grease and dirt from stopping to help at a wreck - and they agreed.  While they were working on the car I went on e-bay to find a replacement and did for $70.  When I checked the mat at the end it was spotless!
About half-way through the car looked so good, my wife asked them when they could do hers.  So, while there they called the next appointment to see if they could be a couple of hours late.  That worked for the next customer and these guys detailed her ES350 while working on mine.  Both cars look fantastic. 
I was impressed how conservation-minded they were. Careful with water, constantly cleaning up. I had already had a very bad experience with another mobile detail company. - They never came, wouldn't return calls.  Not these folks.  I had to call a couple of times to confirm the appointment, these guys were very responsive.
