This company is very professional and punctual. I received a quote and had the work done the next day. The workmanship and care made my counter tops look new again. Excellent company to work with.

Sales person, David, was extremely honest, knowledgable, responsive. and helpful. Helped me create the "poultice" on my own for a better result and to save money and hassle. I talked to several other stone care companies who did not understand the intricacies of the stone I have and were just going to send in a "crew" for much more money. I am glad I was put in touch with Natural Stone Care.

The owner, Hank, is very knowledgeable, honest and reliable.  He and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with.  He really knows his business better than anyone else we interviewed.  They did a beautiful job cleaning our marbella stone floors which included filling holes and some restoration and we couldn't be happier with the results.  He even said he can restore our saltillo tile on the patio which we will be calling upon him for in the not too distant future.  We highly recommend AZ Stone Care.

Starting with my first phone call...Rick was very responsive, came out and gave me a quote on the spot (after measuring),  He worked on a tile to give me an idea of what I could expect in terms of results and took the time to educate me on the various types of tile we have in our new home.  His team, Jobe, Moises and two others worked for two days in our home.  They carefully masked furniture, carpet, etc. to ensure their procedures did not damage anything.  They worked hard for two days and the floors look great.  Jobe left instructions on how to care for the floor and a bottle of cleaner to use.  I will definitely call them back for annual clean-ups.

It started with Mark, the sales rep. He told us exactly what he would recommend . There was no hard-sell...just the facts.

The project was started on time, was completed on schedule, and we couldn't be happier with the finished product. We appreciated the literature about how to maintain the floors as well.

I gave the cost a and quot;Band quot; but I really don't know if that is a good price. I am completely satisfied with the job. I didn't get any other estimates so I really don't know what I'm talking about regarding cost. They also cleaned a 65' ceramic patio for about $1/ft.

I had never had this work done before so I had no idea how much it would cost and I called several companies for an estimate. None of them would come to my home free of charge to give me an estimate. They gave me an approximate cost and told me when they came to do the work and saw the condition of the shower, they would tell me exactly how much it would cost. Doug from Natural Stone Care came to my home to give me an estimate prior to the work being done. There was one area of the shower that needed extra work and he wasn't sure how much would need to be done, so a technician came free of charge to test the area so they could give me an exact cost. They also agreed to grout a small area of my countertop at no extra cost, so Doug came by again prior to the work being done so he could match the grout color. Of course I used them to do the work and I am very happy with it. They showed up on time, were very professional, and did a great job.

The 2-man crew started on Thursday morning. They moved furniture off the travertine flooring and then started to tape off areas where the travertine flooring met wood flooring or carpeting. This was done to protect those areas from the slurry that is used to clean the travertine. After taping, they applied plastic sheeting up all the walls and appliances to keep splashing to a minimum. This prep work took almost 2 hours and they were very diligent.
The cleaning started by applying a mixture of water and an abrasive and then using a rotary electric floor machine, they went over the surface cleaning deeply embedded dirt from the flooring and grout. While one man ran the the floor machine the other used a wet-and-dry vac to remove the wet slurry. This process of scrubbing took the better part of one day and they left the floor spotless when they finished. They removed the tape and plastic and there was no evidence of splashing at all.
The following day, they returned to apply grout to all locations where bits of it were missing. As we have unfilled travertine, there were many spots. They color matched the grout and cleaned up the residue after application. They then brushed on stone sealant using wide paint brushes ... carefully applying the sealant to avoid splashing. Once dry (about 30 minutes or so) they inspected everything and then moved all furniture and appliances back into place.
The work was beyond impeccable. We found they are not the low cost bidder, but their work is excellent. The high traffic areas of our floor now look exaclty like the areas that see very little foot traffic. The transformation of our floors is amazing.

We have been using Natural Stone Care for our flagstone floors and patio/sidewalk for several years. This year, when I called, they were able to use records of prior work to quote me a price -- they had all the measurements for the areas in question.
They scheduled the work for the date I requested -- a few days in the future, when it would be most convenient for us. The work crew arrived right on time, and went right to work. They kept me informed, so I knew when I could walk on the areas in question. They were done with the inside work completely by mid-afternoon, and had cleaned the outside area. They returned promptly the next morning to seal the outside area.
I was very satisfied with the experience -- it's expensive because of the large areas in question, but so worth it in terms of how good the floor looks and in terms of preserving that good look!

Really not much to report here. They showed up at the appointed time, did not need any supervision and did a good job.

Dave Brown, Sales Rep, returned my call promptly to provide an estimate and also emailed it to me. 
Brad and Jackson arrived at 8 AM as planned. They plastic wrapped and taped off the work area so the polishing compound would not spatter. There was even plastic on the outside of the bathroom. It seemed they sealed themselves into the bathroom! The carpeted floor to the bathroom was also covered in plastic.
They polished the marble, which had several areas that were apparently softer than others and the finish wasn't uniform. They showed me the differences in the areas. Not satisfied with the outcome, they called to talk with their supervisor, Shorty. Shorty came to look at the finish and suggested using another compound. After testing an area, they determined the new compound would provide the finish I wanted so they polished the counter again.
After polishing, they cleaned and sealed the counter. Brad also explained the best way to clean and care for my counter and provided a cleaning kit. 
Brad and Jackson removed the plastic covering and left the area so clean you wouldn't have known any work had been done. 
I was extremely pleased with the extra efforts the team at Natural Stone Care took to ensure my marble counter looked as shiny, smooth, and like new. 
I would use them again and highly recommend them.

Had to call them back to refinish some spots that they had missed but they did that promptly. Good experience overall but a bit pricey in my opinion.

.They did a good job. Something did not go right and they told me and they came out and fixed the problem. I did not like that they let the water go into the wall, and it took a while for it to dry.

They are very good and just very dependable. Also, if they miss something they will come back. A couple times ago they missed pulling out the refrigerator but they came right back out. Good follow-up.
