"Hi [Member Name Removed], sorry to hear about your experience with our company, as mentioned by you your first rug had wine stain, we explained to you that we'd do our best to remove the stain with no guarantees, you signed our immunity disclaimer that we'd not be responsible for any color changes. We had to wash your rug several time to remove most of the stain and that resulted in some fading. You brought your 2nd rug which did not have any stains and could have easily gone through our normal wash without fading but you were very worried about fading and we decided to do a light wash instead, but the result wasn't satisfactory to either one of us, we decided not to charge you for our work (not mentioned in your review). At this time we're willing to run your 2nd rug through our normal wash to clean it to both our satisfactions (no guarantees on any fading). We have been cleaning area rugs for 66 years with almost 100% customer satisfaction and we'd like to keep it that way. Ed Momeni, owner"

As for our 3 weeks delivery turnaround, washing our customers valuable rugs require full attention and not rushing through several steps of dusting, shampooing, rinsing, softening the yarn, drying, and final servicing. We'd have wished to deliver sooner but we prefer not to rush just to save time. Hopefully I have satisfied your concern and you/d re-consider your "B" rating of our punctuality :)"
