"Our 16' x 16' family room had wall to wall carpet that we replace with cork flooring. Joe assisted in recommending a supplier in our area for the cork floor, with whom we were pleased. He also recommended adding trim around the fireplace, and insulation underneath this room which has a crawlspace. He discussed with us the downsides of cork flooring (fades, yellows, can't handle a lot of water). While we already knew this, I was encouraged by him discussing this with us before we purchased the flooring supplies.Everyday Joe and his guy helping him cleaned up after themselves. When there was a machine to be left for the next day, he asked me before hand. It took a good amount of cleanup each day which i really appreciated as my children would have found scraps to play with. All the details and edging is great. My husband and I were extremely happy with the results. Details that I didn't think of and he pointed out, I realize now would would have bothered me if hadn't handled as he did.I did not necessarily know what day\time Joe would be at my house each day. He was working another job at the same time, which he had discussed with me. In the end, he got the job done by my deadline.2.5 years later, with a family and dog on the floor our family room every day, the work is holding up perfectly.
