"When John Donohue called us, we were not ready to have our job done. Thank goodness I took a minute to consider the value of having the work done while they were in the area. We saved thousands and found his honesty refreshing. I will use them again and refer them to everyone I know. Superior quality and workmanship, a great clean job that for our needs was completed in one day!"

"Would highly recommend this company. Victor is great. Tells it like it is. He won't do a plaster pool anymore, he recommends quartz plaster, because it holds up much better. It looks great, it has blue flecks in it, very pretty clear look. We work, so we never saw the crew. They said it would take 3 days , and it did. everything was cleaned up at the end of each day and on the 3rd day the pool was filling. Were are very happy."

"Cesar was as passionate as we were that our new house was everything that we wanted it to be. He not only did the work that we asked him to do but even offered ideas that helped save money and improve the final result. We noticed that some final finish work needed to be touched up after the job was completed and Cesar returned to our home to make sure that we were happy with the final product. I have recommended him to people who have asked for someone who is reliable and professional to work on their homes."

"The customer service was great. It was easy to schedule an appointment and even when I had to reschedule they were very accommodating. They gave an appointment reminder the day before which is a courtesy i appreciated. The inspector arrived on time and was thorough and efficient. I received the report in a very short amount of time. The report was complete and included a number of helpful photographs. There was not a single problem at any point in the process. I would particularly like to note that the office staff gave excellent service.

"We had 3 contractors come to the house to look at our job. We recieved bids from 2. Caudo's bid we thought was fairly priced and they did all the work we needed. It included some drywall patching/texturing and installation of crown molding in our master bedroom, bath and breakfast nook. The crew was always on time and very pleasant. We love the finished look. We are in the process of remodeling most of the house. We will have Caudo back for more work."

Deck Cleaning questions, answered by experts

The cost to repair a deck is between $900 and $3,500, depending on the cause and extent of the damage. For example, fixing a sinking deck caused by pest damage can cost between $200 and $600, while replacing sinking boards costs between $500 and $4,000.

Yes, designing builds to fit space constraints and meet functional needs.

You can build an outdoor kitchen on a deck, but you should choose composite decking since it's more heat-resistant. Metal deck materials like steel and aluminum are also good choices because they're less flammable than wood. You should also consider the weight of the kitchen—make sure your deck can support it and any appliances you plan to use. You should consult a structural engineer to confirm exactly how much weight your deck can safely support when building an outdoor kitchen.

The “best” material is in the eye of the beholder, as each common decking material boasts its pros and cons. Poured concrete is the best budget-friendly option, but composite wood brings high-grade aesthetics without breaking the bank. Wood is the most traditional material, but it requires more maintenance than some other materials. In other words, do your research before settling on a deck material to find the one that’s best for your pool.

Yes, deck pier blocks can be used as an alternative to traditional deck footings, especially for smaller or low-to-the-ground decks. Unlike poured concrete and buried post footings, deck blocks do not require digging or pouring. However, their use is dependent on local building codes. Some areas, particularly those prone to high winds, earthquakes, or hurricanes, may not permit the use of deck pier blocks. It is essential to consult your local building codes before choosing them for your deck project.
