"Framous Builders did an exceptional job renovating my scottsdale home, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, their team was professional, skilled, and incredibly attentive to every detail. The wife tends to be indecisive, but with the help of Framous Builders they help settle her mind on the flooring and doors. They really do have a eye for design and a quality look!! Floors: The new flooring looks absolutely stunning and has completely transformed the look and feel of my home. The installation was flawless, and they took great care to ensure everything was done perfectly. Doors: The new doors are not only beautiful but also add an extra layer of security and insulation to my home. The craftsmanship is top-notch, and the team made sure each door fit seamlessly. Windows: The windows installed by Framous Builders are a game-changer! They have improved the energy efficiency of my home, and the difference in both appearance and function is remarkable. Throughout the entire process, the team was communicative, reliable, and respectful of my home. They completed the project on time and within budget, which I greatly appreciated. "This review is for the carpentry company A&R Juarez Framing LLC. The primary owner/carpenter is Victor Juarez, Angel Juarez and Ruth Juarez. This is a family owned business that takes great pride in their work. I needed a company to put a roof over a outside pottery kiln and was in the bid process. The major things that stood out from this company and Victor and the others that called was that A&R Juarez Inc. was Arizona Register of Contractors (ROC) licensed, surety insurance bonded, had no filed complaints and they arrived exactly on time as they said they would and maintained outstanding communications until the minute they pulled up in my driveway. I wasn't really sure what to expect in this project in having a lean to installed on the side of our home; a disaster or a work of art. But because of Victor and staff, it came out beautifully crafted. A substantial structure that looked great attached to my home, we were really surprised at the workmanship. It was highly evident that Victor is a true craftsman who takes great pride in his work and has the knowledge and experience to make it all work. We are seriously pleased with the outcome of this project, giving Victor and his staff a "10" and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a professional talent. We were impressed! Well Done!"

"Larry is great! Very knowledgeable about how to secure your home with a proper locking system. I will continue to hire Larry and Ready Rekey."

"They removed tiles on 4000 sq ft home, replaced all the felt, the wooden runners, all new flashing and metal bird gaps on edges. It took 6 days with a great crew. Came out perfect. Had a lot of neighbors using them since our houses are 22 years or more. Weston was a great person to deal with."

"Cesar was as passionate as we were that our new house was everything that we wanted it to be. He not only did the work that we asked him to do but even offered ideas that helped save money and improve the final result. We noticed that some final finish work needed to be touched up after the job was completed and Cesar returned to our home to make sure that we were happy with the final product. I have recommended him to people who have asked for someone who is reliable and professional to work on their homes."
