Needed an estimate for wind damage to roof for insurance purposes. Not available until 8 days later but needed the estimate so scheduled.. Upon arrival didn't have the equipment to perform the estimate due to 2 story home. Wanted to reschedule for the next morning. I had already scheduled the repairs to be completed with another contractor based on a neighbors referral. After informing them of this, via text message, that they didn't have to come back in the morning, that is when the lying started. Stated someone had come by with a drone to Survey the damage and the estimate to repair was $550. A ridiculously low estimate for the amount of damage. I reviewed our outdoor security footage and not a single vehicle had stopped close to our house after the initial visit that day. Hopefully if you go with this company they are more honest with you then they were with me.

We just had our roof replaced and couldn't be happier. From the first moment we met Weston we knew that we were in good hands. His proposal was detailed and affordable and everything he said that would happen did happen . His crew worked very hard and they were courteous and kept things as tidy as one could with such a big job. They were very methodical and detailed about how they performed the replacement of our roof. All the pipe jacks and flashing and other trim were replaced with new. All the tiles are straight as an arrow and it really looks great. So glad we went with True-Built Roofing as the whole experience was very positive. Beyond HAPPY! Our home in Gilbert AZ was leaking after a few big rain storms. I was driving through our neighborhood and noticed True Built was replacing our neighbors roof so I reached out to the company. Why I Hired True Built? LICENSED, BONDED, INSURED : They are licensed, bonded, and insured. The first thing I do before hiring any contractor is verify the contractor is licensed and insured through the AZ ROC. PRICE: I had 4 different roofing contractors come out to our home to inspect and give us quotes. They were all scattered, didn't want to give quotes for 3 days, quotes were super high, and poor presentation. When I called Weston at True Built, he moved his schedule around to come out, inspect, and give me a quote. He gave me a quote within an hour or less. He is super friendly, non-sale-zy, not pushy, clean, professional, straightforward, and extremely knowledgeable. His price beat all other estimates and provided higher quality and warranty. SERVICE: Just talk to Weston for 3 minutes and you will see what I mean. Customer focused. Straight shooter. Nice all around. His guys did a great job cleaning up the site after getting the job done. They removed tiles on 4000 sq ft home, replaced all the felt, the wooden runners, all new flashing and metal bird gaps on edges. It took 6 days with a great crew. Came out perfect. Had a lot of neighbors using them since our houses are 22 years or more. Weston was a great person to deal with.

Responded before work was to start to my call about a leak on Christmas Eve and sent staff in the heavy rain to provide temporary tarp. 4. Started work as agreed and finished in 7 days even working on Sunday. 5. Replaced skylights at no added charge. 6. Cleaned up site daily when finished. 7. Painted all bird stops, drip molding and any replaced facia to match existing. 8. Final invoice was exactly as quoted with no surprises. They cleanup up the yard each day before departing (it's a messy job). Excellent service from the contracted Dumpster Gods and product delivery team (friendly service and made an effort to avoid any damage to the property). True-Built choose to start the project two days later, then originally scheduled, to avoid any damage from the rain (while the roof was off). I applaud them for the precaution!

Very Well. Crew was timely each day. They Cleaned The yard Each Afternoon Before They Left. They Took All Debris Away In Their Trailer, After Sweeping The Yard With A Magnet To Pick Up Staples And Nails.

True Built did an excellent job on my tile roof replacement. Weston Farnes was the rep who came to my house and quoted the job. Once the job started he was always available for questions day or night. The crew did a great job and made sure clean up was done each night when they left. After my review of an F, Wes called me & was very apologetic about the mix up with my email. He actually did email the bid on Mon the 10th, but email address was wrong. He came to my house at my request to check out the job I need done. I'm 99.9% sure I will have him do the job and will write another review when the job is complete.
