"This review is for the carpentry company A&R Juarez Framing LLC. The primary owner/carpenter is Victor Juarez, Angel Juarez and Ruth Juarez. This is a family owned business that takes great pride in their work. I needed a company to put a roof over a outside pottery kiln and was in the bid process. The major things that stood out from this company and Victor and the others that called was that A&R Juarez Inc. was Arizona Register of Contractors (ROC) licensed, surety insurance bonded, had no filed complaints and they arrived exactly on time as they said they would and maintained outstanding communications until the minute they pulled up in my driveway. I wasn't really sure what to expect in this project in having a lean to installed on the side of our home; a disaster or a work of art. But because of Victor and staff, it came out beautifully crafted. A substantial structure that looked great attached to my home, we were really surprised at the workmanship. It was highly evident that Victor is a true craftsman who takes great pride in his work and has the knowledge and experience to make it all work. We are seriously pleased with the outcome of this project, giving Victor and his staff a "10" and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a professional talent. We were impressed! "They did a great job on a remodel to remove some outdated architectural features around the fireplace in my daughter's family room, including removal of an architectural wall that broke up the "flow" of the house, remove built-ins and stonework that were around the fireplace that really had dated the house. The work was finished perfectly and you can't tell any rework was done. Looks like original! Also they were able to resize, enlarge and rebuild an odd shaped kitchen island, with accompanying electrical and finish work, and a beautiful job on the installation of new countertops on the island and matching countertops in the kitchen. Overall very pleased and I know my daughter is really enjoying her home so much more."

"Beyond HAPPY! Our home in Gilbert AZ was leaking after a few big rain storms. I was driving through our neighborhood and noticed True Built was replacing our neighbors roof so I reached out to the company. Why I Hired True Built? LICENSED, BONDED, INSURED : They are licensed, bonded, and insured. The first thing I do before hiring any contractor is verify the contractor is licensed and insured through the AZ ROC. PRICE: I had 4 different roofing contractors come out to our home to inspect and give us quotes. They were all scattered, didn't want to give quotes for 3 days, quotes were super high, and poor presentation. When I called Weston at True Built, he moved his schedule around to come out, inspect, and give me a quote. He gave me a quote within an hour or less. He is super friendly, non-sale-zy, not pushy, clean, professional, straightforward, and extremely knowledgeable. His price beat all other estimates and provided higher quality and warranty. SERVICE: Just talk to Weston for 3 minutes and you will see what I mean. Customer focused. Straight shooter. Nice all around. His guys did a great job cleaning up the site after getting the job done. SPEED: When your roof leaks, it needs to be fixed and fixed quickly before more internal home damage. He makes you a priority. By the way, look at all his awesome reviews on Angie's List.
