"Framous Builders did an exceptional job renovating my scottsdale home, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, their team was professional, skilled, and incredibly attentive to every detail. The wife tends to be indecisive, but with the help of Framous Builders they help settle her mind on the flooring and doors. They really do have a eye for design and a quality look!! Floors: The new flooring looks absolutely stunning and has completely transformed the look and feel of my home. The installation was flawless, and they took great care to ensure everything was done perfectly. Doors: The new doors are not only beautiful but also add an extra layer of security and insulation to my home. The craftsmanship is top-notch, and the team made sure each door fit seamlessly. Windows: The windows installed by Framous Builders are a game-changer! They have improved the energy efficiency of my home, and the difference in both appearance and function is remarkable. Throughout the entire process, the team was communicative, reliable, and respectful of my home. They completed the project on time and within budget, which I greatly appreciated. "They did a great job on a remodel to remove some outdated architectural features around the fireplace in my daughter's family room, including removal of an architectural wall that broke up the "flow" of the house, remove built-ins and stonework that were around the fireplace that really had dated the house. The work was finished perfectly and you can't tell any rework was done. Looks like original! Also they were able to resize, enlarge and rebuild an odd shaped kitchen island, with accompanying electrical and finish work, and a beautiful job on the installation of new countertops on the island and matching countertops in the kitchen. Overall very pleased and I know my daughter is really enjoying her home so much more."

"Mike from Smart Home was very professional . He set up my home camera network cleanly. He showed me how to use the camera app on my phone. He advised how to best set the locations. So glad I went with them. I recommend them for camera security system installs."
