Boyett's installed my salt-free water softener and RO system last year. It's been great! The tech comes every month like clock work and exchanges the "spent" softener tank for a new one. I love the benefits of my RO system which delivers alkaline water from the RO tap all the time. Tastes great and I can see some benefit with my arthritis. The folks are so friendly as an added bonus. So glad I work with this family owned business!

There are TWO things --- ONE: If you care about SERVICE The Boyett family cares about their customers and their "experience" period. I've been with Boyett's for my drinking water and water softener for 4+ years and they are by far the best service in AZ. Their Alkalinity R/O system is top 'O' the line and if you are tired of standing in line at the Water & Ice store and want some great drinking water FROM your own sink or refrdigerator -- It's a must have. $$$aver!!!! I also have the "Monthly Exchange" service for Water Softener Service.....WOW!!! No salt purchases and they come by and swap the tank every 28 days!!!! Healthy skin, and I don't feel like I'm taking a shower in all this Gilbert water Chlorine! :)

They have not been doing this monthly as was promised.

Very satisfied. Tech was punctual, thorough, listened to our concerns about where to run the water line, and worked very carefully and quickly. We love the convenience of this service, and the water tastes great. This is a wonderful service (we've been using for one year) and I only wish I had known about it sooner, since we've been through several RO systems, and have had hassles with service using other companies.

Called Boyett's based on reviews to investigate black specs in our ice maker which is connected to the RO unit. They were very courteous and gave some possibke causes and we setup an inspection. The tech arrived on time and following inspection determined the existing unit was inop and too outdated to service. They offered to either replace the unit or install a rental unit for a monthly fee. We opted for rental unit and scheduled installation. On installation day they did arrive just after the install window but got to work right away. They were very friendly and professional and took the time to explain how the unit worked and gave some additional tips on the water softener in addition to leaving hardness test kit with us. I am happy to report black specs are gone! Boyett's take great pride in what they do and it shows, the RO rental option is fantastic and very convenient. They are a pleasure to do business with and we are very pleased with their services.

I wish that we had found Boyett's Family services much sooner. They were prompt with the delivery and installation of my water softener and explained in detail how to work the unit. They even added an additional hose outlet on the soft water loop so I could wash my cars with soft water at no additional cost. Johnny the installation tech was very nice and the office staff was great two!!! 2 huge thumbs up for Boyett's!!!

sBit the bullet and had soft water and hot water recirculator installed. After looking at several companies that sold and installed the equipment, we found the Boyett Family who install the equipment and rent it to to you. It is very cost effective and they fix anything that goes wrong. We have several friends who have been with them for years and are highly satisfied, Folks at Boyetts were great to work with and we were up and running in a couple of hours. So far no leaks and no problems. Initial cost of$150 covered the installation of both systems. Monthly rental will be $30 for the Soft Water System and $20 for the Recirculation System. They are responsible for any maintenance required on their hardware. They have replacement guidelines to make sure the equipment doesn't fail due to old age.

these systems and educated me on the harshness and hazards of water in
Arizona.  They are an A-class company to
deal with. They are very courteous to deal with when I need to call in for
anything and are always punctual during the yearly maintenance visits . Even
though I am going through some financial hardship at present because, Hayden is
very gracious and is working with me so that I can continue to have the service
and the best water available to me.  This
proves to me that he and his family only have the best of intentions for their customers
and that they are not in it for the money which is why their business continues
to flourish.  Greed has not consumed

Very professional. Arrived right on time. System looks great and works even better. Water flow is fast and service contract is hassle free. This is definitely the way to go. Also offers special features like alkaline water. Service is personalized and obviously a business run by local owners who make customer satisfaction job number one.I just wish we had known about this sooner. We were always getting leaks in our old systems (we've gone through three) and service calls were costly. This company includes service and replacement in price of fee making it hassle free.

I can say that my home's water quality, and the long-term condition of my plumbing fixtures, is far better than any of my friend's and neighbor's.  My mother selected a different contractor for her home, which was not working to protect her plumbing; she replaced quite a few faucets and related plumbing, Her skin was itching like crazy, which we later determined to be due to the water. Getting that "wrong" system removed was a very difficult and stressful process, so I wish to advise everyone of the importance of selecting the right system from the get-go.  The Boyette family company is a rare breed company that cares enormously that water quality meets the grade, that people's water problems are solved.  My experiences with them, and my conversations, prove out that their business isn't just how they make money; it's their legacy.

Responsive to my call.  Answered all of my questions and provided a few different solutions.  They were on time, quick and efficient.  A very good experience.

Technician Tom arrived on time at 10 am. He was very professional and friendly. He removed my old 18 year old RO and installed a new rental RO in approximate 90 minutes. After the installation he tested the unit for unit leaks and quality using a TDS meter. He also tested my water for hardness 3 times ensuring the right low reading of 12 was correct.  I asked  Tom to do the hardness test so I could properly set my newly acquired Costco water softener. Everything went very well including clean up and haul away of  old RO. This family owned Company pride themselves on customer service and satisfaction. The job or service is not done until the customer is completely satisfied. They have my highest recommendations.

Very knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with. All my questions were answered about other options available and Hayden took the time to find out what our needs were. They came highly recommended by many people and for good reason. Nice to so business with a locally owned and operated business.

I have used them for years, but just moved in to a new home and had them install my reverse osmosis system.
I also use them for my soft water.
They are always on time and responsive.

The technician installed an R/O system along with a fabulous faucet for the sink -- we did a remodel of this house and were a bit concerned about the quality of the faucet -- we needed not worry -- this was nicer than the one that the decorator had installed initially! The technician made sure we knew how to operate everything, showed us how to check for leaks and gave us contact information in the event anything went wrong. The system is great, we love it, so superior to our old filter which did about half the job.

I called to set up a meeting with Hayden at my Condo and within a week he came over on time and called to confirm. He is very likeable and very easy to talk with. We went over at length all of the products and services they offer. After reviewing his offer I did make one other appointment with a competitor. After reviewing each product I chose to go with Boyett's offer on a Rayne water conditioner. The years the company was in business was one factor and the other was how easy the conversation went with Hayden. He is a pleasure to work with. Within 10 days we had the unit installed in our outside storage closet. It fits in perfectly and we have been enjoying the conditioned water. The installation probably took one and a half hours to complete. There was copper plumbing that had to be installed from the main water line. I opted for the monthly rental and am very happy with my choice. Any problems or repairs will be done by the Boyett family.

We recently installed a soft water loop and hooked up our 7 year old soft water unit only to find out it didn't work anymore. We made some calls and decided that we didn't want to go the purchase route again (at a cost of $2,500 or more) so we called Boyett's and found out about their lease plan. This makes so much sense. They make some money doing it, we have no headaches worrying about buying an expensive water softener stop working after a handful of years. They communicate extremely well including a call just before their installation rep will be there. Loved the soft water bib installed so we can wash cars in the driveway if we choose to. Excited to be a customer of Boyett's.
