"Great and I had already purchased the part, just needed him to remove the tank to replace it, but he also replaced another part for me free of charge so all the parts are new! He also told me that for just about $10 more , if there's ever a next time or one of my other 2 toilets need repair, he can put in a whole new tank, parts and all! Great guy, did a great job, didn't take much time, didn't charge me the $20 for service fee! I will definitely keep his card and call him if I need a plumber again!"

In all my years as a home owner from NY, PA, and now in AZ I have never met a more honest person than the owner off Cobra Rooter & Plumbing. Even on a Saturday he honored the coupon with no additional problems or  prices as other charge. The pipes he replaced below the sink were so reasonable that I could not have purchased them from the hardware store not to mention the installation.

"Why does it cost 2% of the value of the home to get a portion of the pluming fixed? Being an old man on a fixed income I could not afford to get all that was needed done. I hope to afford to pay for another portion some day. Do you know of any way to make plumbing prices more affordable?"

"Scott called me within an hour and scheduled non-emergency appt in 2 days. Plumber called and also received a text when he was on his away and arrived during the 4 hr appt window. Gave me the bad news that it was going to be $650. That was about double what I was expecting. This was my only complaint as this seemed really high to me but I had another plumber not show up twice for appointments so what was I supposed to do. I know he had to cut drain line, hot and cold water line and softener line to put new box in. There was some work to be done. Mike was a nice guy and listened to my stories so he can't be too bad. The repair was done professionally and clean up when he was done. They may not be the cheapest but do a good job. I will consider using them again on future jobs."
