My parents had Arrow roofing install the roof about 7 years ago. I think $250 to repair 3 shingles was a bit high for a roof that is supposed to have a 3p-40 year warranty.

Arrow Roofing was awesome. They were fast and professional, even helped us get a new air conditioner which they didnt have to do.

Paul was great Workers were very efficient and they cleaned up EVERYTHING.. no nails left on the ground Everyone was courteous and did an excellent job They were thorough answering my questions Roof looks great and Paul took pics upon his roof approval and gave me a copy.. thank you so much Bonnie

Arrow re-roofed our entire house, including redecking the front and back porch overhangs. The work met our expectations in quality at a very affordable price, including an excellent warranty. Arrow was even willing to negotiate an unexpected expense.

Charlie was professional and detailed orientated. Charlie went above and beyond the call of duty assisting me with the insurance company requests for his version of damages incurred by a hail storm. Charlie provided photos designs, and a full scope of work according to his expertise of a quality roofing replacement. The insurance company did comply to a total roof replacement as a result of Charlie's efforts.

Great, Charlie worked well with us. Crew was fast and efficient. Did some damage to gutters but completely replaced, but if you have Travelers insurance they confirmed payment then sent check and put a stop payment without notification. In the end they made good.

They take to long on cashing check.

We never had to look further as from the very first meeting, Charlie at Arrow Roofing was polite, professional and super informative. We had never replaced a roof before and he walked us through the entire process. He worked tirelessly with us and our insurance company. Rich who did scheduling was also always on time and great in keeping up informed as to what happens and when the roof would go on. The day before our job started ABC Roofing Supply arrived to drop off our roofing materials and how they guided the crane was amazing. Then the day of our roofing job, the crew showed up, went right to work and to our astonishment completed the entire job in just a few hours. They were concise, competent and neat and our new roof is beautiful. We were so impressed that my husband has already referred Arrow Roofing to 6 our closest neighbors. They never strong armed anyone into needing a roof but will be the chosen roofers when that time arrives. We couldn't be happier with this company but also Home Advisor for putting our minds at ease.

Do not use this company! Believe this review! Lousy customer service, horrible work. Tony cocrum was the guy that came out and totally ripped me off.cheap material peel and stick cheap stuff. If contacted them numerous times and the promised to send someone out. No one yet. Cheap material, rotten service, horrible job. DO NOT DO IT! 5000 down the drain. Just had a new 600sq.ft deck built and ask them to be careful. They got red chalk all in my redwood I told tony about it, and he said **Oh it will wash out** It has been months. Still there. I scrubbed it. Still there. Take my word. Hire a professional company.

Arrow roofing employees were very courteous. They had eight employees come out and re-shingle my whole roof plus replace one skylight and two solar tubes in less than a day. I ended spending a couple of thousand less than I was anticipating too. I highly recommend Arrow Roofing.

We bought a home in Prescott Valley while we were still in Iowa. We knew it would need a new roof, so we got on HomeAdvisor and started a search. Charlie was fast to respond. We discussed the project a bit over the phone he was extremely helpful and friendly. About a month later when we arrived at our home in AZ, we gave him a call. Out of the roofing companies we spoke with, he was the most accommodating and knowledgeable. We cannot say enough great things about the way this project went from start to finish. First of all, the service was great. Charlie stopped by to have us pick out the shingles we wanted. Then, a couple of hours after he left, we hanged my mind about the color and called him. He stopped by on his way home and re-did the paperwork. Despite how busy he is, he is always so nice and extremely responsive. And he is very thorough. He made sure we understood and agreed to everything before any work began.The estimate he gave us was very reasonable. But the unexpected happened. Once the crew started tearing off the old shingles and sheeting, they found the conditions under the roof were much different and much worse, than anyone could have anticipated. There were quite a few broken rafters and a lot of sheeting had to be replaced. But the guys took care of it without skipping a beat. Charlie called us to tell us what was needed and authorized the purchase of extra materials it would take. The crew was absolutely incredible. They fixed the structural problems and It got to be a long day due to the unexpected issues, but they finished the job as promised. What a great crew. Never heard a complaint. And the roof looks fantastic. No more sagging just a beautifully straight roofline and excellent shingle job. We actually were a little afraid of what the extra work and material would do to our final bill because of the project sort of went from new shingles and some repair to almost a complete re-roof. But the final number that was presented was more than fair. We are so happy with the service of the people the roof and the price. We could not have had a better experience. We just want to say Thank you to Charlie and the awesome Arrow Roofing crew. We would recommend them to anyone.

This company is amazing!! Learned of Arrow Roofing through Home Advisor, and was immediately impressed by their professionalism, efficiency, and high regard for customer service. The actual roofing team was thorough, fast, and cleaned up every bit of debris created by such a large-scale project. I highly recommend this company!!!

After roofing job we went up into our attic and found edges of our roofing boards missing. We caulked them but were not expecting to find such damage after such an expensive roofing job.

They followed thru with their promises, did a good job and cleaned up great.

Arrow roofing was up front no hidden cost. I dealt with Charlie and he was great. The crew was fast and professional as well. Nice to actually do business with a company and they do exactly what they say! Very pleased
