Our issue was a malfunctioning 20 year old residential gas fireplace -a little outside normal Horizon business. Tyler Shelton responded to our requests, came to the condo, figured the likely problem - and needed a particular part replaced.. When he returned - at date/time promised - he had the needed parts. Better, he had taken time to research maker and model of the fireplace (no longer in business), and review maintenance recommendations. He replaced two items, and fireplace works fine. Tyler also found owners manual on line and gave us the URL for our own use. Throughout Tyler was a class example of cool, calm, competence. Together with communication skills and doing what he said he would do at agreed time, was a pleasure doin business. Price was reasonable and clear.

The project was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project early and were willing to reschedule the final walkthrough multiple times to accommodate our schedule. Final project turned out great!
