In contrast, Cactus Nectar (Scott, owner & Ban, manager) visited our home to discuss our plans in detail. They came back with a quote that was very close to what we thought it should cost. The 7-page quote was thorough, showing all the line items they would provide and the costs for each job. It included timing for the work and payment schedule for each phase. They were professional and enthusiastic about working with us. There is so much I could say that was positive about our experience. The job manager (Lupe) was extremely flexible and responsive to any issues that arose and was always available to take calls.
