It started out good, then one day last week a crew of 3 girls came in to clean my home. The next day my wife was missing 2 pairs of expensive earrings. I called and spoke to the owner and before he even spoke to 2 of the girls on the crew he told me their was nothing he could do. My Wife was out 350.00 dollars worth of earrings and it was just TO BAD! would NEVER recommend this service company. They say they are bonded, but they could care less a crime had been committed and after 6 years of using them, they threw me a way and said.."sorry but I can't help you"!!!

After Excel came a few times to clean when we needed extra help (and did an excellent job), my husband hired them on a regular basis; unfortunately, their quality, thoroughness, and attention detail has generally declined since initiating contract.

They were good. I'm a little uncomfortable with help speaking a different language. My fault for not knowing Spanish, only enough to know swear words, but it makes communicating a sometimes slow process.

Our house was clean.

The cleaning service was pretty good, but my biggest complaint was that when going to clean off a dresser or shelf, the cleaner moved everything into a pile to perform the cleaning, but didn't put everything back as she found it. That struck me as a little odd.

Great, i was extremely happy with excel, they went over and above my expectations and were very thorough and complete in the work that they did. Working with the office to set up the cleaning was very efficient and communication was professional. I will recommend them to all of my family and friends.

They have been doing my housecleaning very efficient the alway arrive at time very detail the ladies are so nice my hose look amazing every time they come super happy with the service

The girls did awesome work.Some places use lots of chemicals to make it smell clean.These girls really made it clean!!

Excel provided cleaning services for me for over 21/2 years. Problems arose when I started noticing my Ambien prescription bottle was missing several pills after they left my home. Later, several pills turned into the entire bottle missing after they had been there that day. Around the same time, I also started realizing that it was not only my medication that was missing, but several items around my home were no where to be found. One of these items was cleaning supplies that I had just purchased the week previously.

Other problems consisted of the cleaning crew showing up and systematically (over approximately 6 months time) reducing their cleaning obligations. First , despite their and quot;deep cleaningand quot; claims , I was told that they would no longer be able to vacuum under my furniture because it was against company policy because it could hurt their backs. Several weeks later, I am told that they will no longer be taking out my trash because it is heavy and they have to walk over large stones to access the dumpsters and this could be dangerous....again, trash removal is now and quot;against company policy.and quot; If this wasn't so frustrating it would have been amusing due to the fact that I live in the Denver Country Club area and I assure you there areand quot; no large stonesand quot; on their way to the trash bin located in the alley. For the past 2 1/2 years they had direct access to the trash bin via a short side walk so their claims seemed ridiculous. The last claim was that they would not clean the sink because there were (3) cups in the sink and since they do not do dishes they cannot clean the kitchen sink. I inquired if placing the cups in the dishwasher (so they would have complete access to the sink) constitutes and quot;doing the dishesand quot;.? Needless to say, I told them that due to the recent problems with theft, and that they are no longer able to perform their agreed upon job obligations , it was best if we parted ways. I contacted the manager to notify him as to their termination. It immediately became clear as to why I was having so many problems with the cleaning crew, it was management that created many of the problems I was facing. Despite the fact that I had been a loyal customer for over 21/2 years, the manager explained that his crew had done nothing wrong by refusing to carry out their responsibilities, those responsibilities that they had been doing previously for the past 2 years. When I explained that I had also been having problems with theft, he explained that since they were no longer working for me this would no longer be a problem. In short, I was perplexed by managements complete indifference, but he was right I no longer have to worry about my things being stolen and paying a company money for services not being rendered. Save yourself from dealing with these problems and hire another cleaning company.

I was disappointed to find, after they cleaned, that one of my windows was badly scratched. I want to say they have EXCELLENT Customer Service. The CEO called me back immediately, sent someone out that day to check the scratches, and determined that they were so deep into the glass that they couldn't have possibly done it with their cleaning cloths. And I did notice that every other window came out fine. I think that we just didn't notice that particular window when the house was new, as the window screen was hiding the scratches from view. But EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will use them again.

We had all of our exterior windows cleaned and 7 hard to get to windows inside. They showed up right on time, we very professional and did a great job. Would recommend them and will use them again in the future. Very happy!

They came out to do the move and clean. As far as the cleaning, they did a very nice job from top to bottom. They were very thorough. When it came time to clean the master bathroom, I asked them to address the hard water spots. Now where the water spots were is crystal clear on one section, but there is a large rainbow of scratches. The rest of the door has the water spots still. They did have a supervisor come out to check the work. I told them she did a great job, but to come take a look at the shower door. She apologized and claimed it was something with the rag they used. The manager then said they would do what they can to fix. Now the girls that did the work are saying that the scratches were already there when they weren't. I told the owner my side to the story. His resolution was to share the cost as he wasn't sure it was their responsibility. Now he wants payment, and I don't want to pay until it is all resolved.

There were a few spots that they were unable to clean, which was understandable. However, in a few areas, we now have permanent pressure washing marks in the stucco.

There were two cleaners, they were very friendly, efficient and paid attention to detail. This was the best housecleaning I have seen in a long time, will definitely use them again. Excel Service Network Inc. met all my expectations.

Several areas were missed but overall decent job of cleaning.
The reason for the review is not about their cleaning - that was fine in this instance. We unfortunately had a broken ceramic cotton holder on our vanity that was broken, then never mentioned by any of the crew - it was simply propped up against the wall and left for us to find. Not professional, and our cat knocked it over to boot (and could have cut himself up on the shards).
We called in and reported this incident, without so much as an apology issued (they told us someone would get back to us and no one ever did).
I will never use Excel, nor recommend them.
