"Just Don't! I trusted Brain Busboom because I had service done by his grandfather, Joe. Wat was to be a 1 hour in-home cleanup turned into him taking my PC to his shop because he had accidentally deleted the operating commands. It took me 6 calls over 5 days with promises each day he would bring it back. When he did bring it back he said he couldn't get my original 2 TB hard drive to work (it had been working) so he swapped it with a new HD but now I find out it is only a 500 GB hard drive and is almost used up. He will not return my calls."

Prompt, efficient, extremely knowledgeable. Also removed the hard drive from the old model to remove content before disposing of the entire old laptop. Full service! Very reasonable price . All service was provided in my home, I felt totally safe. I was dreading buying a new laptop, Brandon took all the guess work out of it. I highly recommend his services, you'll be very happy with the results."
