My computer was repaired in two days. Pricing was very fair and they offered suggestions to help prevent it from happening again. This guy knows his stuff.

Chris Brehm, the owner, did all the work himself. 1. He did not find a Koobface worm, but removed some adware and Teamwork, which allowed someone to take control of the computer, for which I had given permission. 2. After troubleshooting, he got the mic working again by changing the setting to internal mic. I told him he could take his time, since I was going on vacation and didn't need the laptop. Both 1. and 2. are working fine. Cost: $ 125 ($105 for basic check-up and fixes, and $20 for the mic). 3. I left the phone (after my vacation) and he replaced the charging port in a few hours. Phone is working fine. Cost: $75. I felt comfortable that I was dealing with an honest, competent repair person, who charged what he quoted and was in line with the repair time given (phone).

They've serviced different computers for me and also custom built a computer for me. I called yesterday and told the woman who answered the phone I was bringing my computer in for Josh to take a look at. I went and Josh was at the counter serving another customer and he told me to go on into the back. He powered it up and I showed him where it was indicating that the mirror drive was having a problem. He stuck a diagnostic disk in it and ran the diagnostics. He said it will take several hours for the diagnostics to run and he would call me the next day.

Very fast- next day service. He was very friendly and helpful. When I went back in because I had a question, he was still friendly and helpful, and did not have an attitude about it, which I appreciated. Another thing I like is that, even though he is a one man business, he is actually THERE the hours he says he is open.

One of the few people in town that will actually open the laptop to do repairs...this is important when an expensive laptop is belly up due to a 15 buck part...Chris is not the fastest repair...but he is very detailed. I have referred folks to him with the suggestion not to become over anxious regarding their computer..and quot;a couple of daysand quot; really equals a week or so ...but you will get back a computer working like new without a bunch of pricey add ons...example, I asked for a memory upgrade...Chris called me and told me that the cost would be high for the marginal performance I might get. Since this was my wife's laptop I was getting bugged by her daily on the repair...so I was under some pressure to get things moving along...so bugged Chris more than I should have. He was very courteous with me and I never felt like he was annoyed with my calls. My rating of B in this review is probably not fair but I wanted to be honest and level set this review. Bottom line...Chris is great ... He will fix your Computer problem ... Quality work takes time...I have another laptop that is starting to give me fits...I'll update my review then... PS thought I could do the work myself...got on U Tube and found a video on how to take the laptop apart and replace the blankety blank part...even if I paid myself minimum wage I would never attempt this...leave it to an expert. Chris = Expert...

"Hi [member name removed], I'm glad to hear you're happy with the repair. I appreciate the review. One question, though, I have it in my records that you were charged a total of $210.00, for the DC jack repair and a new laptop battery (not the $350.00 as stated above). No big deal, just thought I'd mention it. Thanks again for your business!"

Their price was very reasonable. They weren't the best quality, not the highest quality but they were about as good as you can get without going digital. I thought they were very helpful. They did great work. They were able to get me in right away but by the timeliness of getting it back, they were a little slower than I would have liked.

He did it quickly for me, I dropped off one day and picked up the next. The service man finished early so that I could pick it up while in his area of town rather than make a second trip from Oro Valley.
