I was having issues getting the depth in the wall I needed for the bolts for a TV mount. I wasn’t sure if it was my equipment or the wall, since it was a 75” TV I didn’t want to risk it. He showed up same day and helped me get the bolts into the wall and the TV up and secure. It took very little time. He did a great job, I highly recommend them on any work on home theater projects !

Excellent response from first contact all the way thru completing the tasks of: sourcing a new laptop based on my needs, providing me the link to purchase it, came over the day I received it and migrated content from the old laptop to the new. Prompt, efficient, extremely knowledgeable. Also removed the hard drive from the old model to remove content before disposing of the entire old laptop. Full service! Very reasonable price . All service was provided in my home, I felt totally safe. I was dreading buying a new laptop, Brandon took all the guess work out of it. Brendan showed up on time as promised. Good communication. Very smart guy especially with electronics. He walk mounted a new TV on our back porch. I think it was his first time so it took him a while. But in the end he got it done for the agreed price. Looks good now.
