"I can't say enough great things about this company. I had an unfortunate accident and broke a window in my new condo. I have specialty windows and when I looked them up, only 3 places in AZ were listed as carrying them. I reached out to all 3 places. Empire Doors Windows responded to me within the hour via email and phone. The project mgr Tim and Mariano were amazing through every step of this process. I appreciated their professionalism, the attention to detail and them making the extra effort to get everything correct. They gave me a solid quote with a breakdown, kept me informed of lead times and set realistic expectations, as this happen to me right around Christmas and the manufacturer was closed for the holidays. After the holidays Tim confirmed everything with me again and the process was underway. As soon as the window was in, Tim called me to set a date for the installation. He ended up having an opening and called me back, so I was able to get the window repaired a week earlier then planned. Mariano's crew that installed the window were professional and friendly. They made sure to have me look at the work from the inside and the outside before I signed off on anything. I appreciated the small details like the fact that they cleaned up after themselves and wiped down the glass. Knowing that I have pets and have pet gates to make sure they don't get out, the installers were attentive to making sure to close the gates behind them, along with the doors to make sure my pets were safe. I would highly recommend them to anyone and if I ever need doors or windows in the future, I know who to call : )"
