"Excellent.  I'm a part time resident, so I had John do all the work by remote control.  I have a lock box on the house, so I had to find someone I felt comfortable with going in my house when I was not there.  I'm glad I picked John.  Communication was great, he came & did the estimate as promised, and came & did the work as scheduled.  Sent me pictures before and after, and sent a small video of how the cleaning was done.  Everything turned out fantastic.  I highly recommend Martin's All Floor Service.
