"At first I rated them a 5 but they had me put in a review before the job was even completed. They used old tarp from previous jobs. There were debris all over my bedding and furniture from the old plastic tarp. If they needed new tarp I would supply them. Who knows what the previous projects had in their homes. I didn't notice till after they left. Yes, you definitely will need to vacuum. Which I expected, but not having to wash all bedding and vacuum furniture. The windows look good, but it's so much cleaning afterwards. So when they say you'll never notice they were there. Was not true at all. One of my bushes in the front were also damaged and trampled on."

What I loved was the price was the price, regardless of what they find when they get into the project. All their workers are their people, no subcontracting. This is important, especially if you end up having an issue it becomes a scavenger hunt as to who is responsible if the company subcontracts their workers. There were issues with getting my custom windows built due to COVID, which is totally understandable. The team communicated with me, I felt in the loop, they were also apologetic at the same time even though it wasn't their fault. Good energy. The project was slated as a 1-day project. Due to issues they found in the walls and some original builder issues they were compelled to fix, it turned into 3 days. During that time they fabricated "water caps" made of aluminum flashing the same color as my trim which should have been done by the builder 20 years ago and contributed to the water damage they found and repaired. There is no way I would have known to ask for this. No added charge whatsoever. Integrity, folks. I'll pay more for that to know my project is being done correctly. A project that I intend upon doing once in my lifetime. I encourage anyone who is getting something permanent like windows done, go with the most integrous folks you can find, they will not be the cheapest, but totally worth it. My experience with Everlasting Window and Door has made me a cheerleader for these guys. Hire them. Also I have not been incentivized in any way under the sun to write this. Be well everyone!"
