"The Arborist came and reviewed the work I was asking to be done and explained in detail what should be done. I was given a price and then he deducted for the Angie's List discount. The price was terrific based on the other 3 quotes I was given for the same work. There were 3 crews (1 for feeding, etc., 1 for tree/trunk grinding, 1 for tree trimming and removal. All 3 crews arrived on time, were professional, reviewed the work to be done in advance and at completion, and were friendly. The work was completed as expected, the clean up was great, and I am completely satisfied and would use them again in the future."

We had several Palo Verde trees (& an out-of-control Palo Brea tree) in desperate need of trimming & removal of desert Mistletoe. It was so difficult find a qualified arborist to come all the way out to the Rio Verde Foothills. We tried to find one for over a year! We owe a great debt to whoever it was who posted a good review of AZ Desert Tree Care - for this company showed up with a team of highly-experienced tree trimming, cleanup experts after we called. Their 4-man â cutterâ crew quickly and efficiently got some major shaping & topping work done, then had a separate 5-man cleanup crew arrive & process all the branches through a large chipper truck they had brought along. Everything was raked up and hauled away, after they applied a special tree fertilizer food to all the trees worked on. They even removed two small bushes (with our permission) they felt were possible future fire hazards - as they also specialize in fire prevention landscaping. "Jose responded to my inquiry promptly, setting an appointment the next day. There was a lot of clean up to do as our previous landscaper was lackadaisical. Jose spent 2 days here and was also able to get another professional to trim our palm trees. We have hired him on a weekly basis, looking forward to our yard looking more presentable without my husband having to trim bushes etc."

"Aguilar Tree Service apparently subbed out the job to a different tree Service. The price was well below that of other estimates and the two man crew worked hard and fast to remove dead branched and limbs broken by wind. The work was completed on the same day of the estimate. The bad news is that most of the cuts were not at the branch collar but maybe 6 to 12 inches above it, even for dead branches. I doubt that it will help the tree close over the wound. In summary, great price and hard workers but lacked good arborist practices."

"The arborist was professional and knowledgeable. An appointment was scheduled quickly and the crew was fast and worked well together. They pruned and shaped 2 trees to help them stay healthy and grow well. There was one problem with the payment but the office was responsive and resolved it immediately. I think they will be my company of choice for care for my trees in the future."
