"This was a multi-faceted job. Two large trees in front yard, a mesquite and a palo verde, needed trimming beyond a ladder's reach. The crew leader Diaz climbed the trees with safety ropes and harness to reach and thin the two trees. He also lightened at least one third of the weight of a tree in the rear yard, leaving the portions needed to maintain privacy. Arborist Jack then visited my property in order to design a support for that tree to preclude the likelihood of it falling and damaging pool equipment and the house, which was subsequently installed by a specialist technician. Good job in all respects."

"A certified arborist came out and diagnosed what needed to be done to help my heat-damaged trees. He advised on watering and fertilizing techniques that might help them. A few days later someone treated the trees with fertilizer, leaving more for me to use. A few days after that a crew of tree-trimmers trimmed dead branches and even cut out a couple of uninvited trees that wanted to take over the existing ones. The crews were courteous and professional. Craig was a pleasure to work with.  After receiving a very fair bid for the work, he followed up with a phone call to see if I had any further questions and to schedule the removal.  Him and his crew treated me with patience and respect during the "removal of this HUGE, mature tree.  They removed all stumps and debris. 

He followed up with an additional phone call to schedule a follow up stump grinding. 

We liked them so much we asked them to also correctly prune our fruit trees.  They were perfect!
