Would highly recommend this company for all your roofing needs . We were having multiple areas of our roof leaking into our home . The company we previously used would just seal some spots and tell us we were good to go yet our leaks kept happening. Mark and his crew were able to immediately identify decaying parapets that were allowing water to track in through the roof . They were able to rebuild rotting areas and re-coat. Haven’t had a single leak despite multiple hard rains since their repairs !

I contacted numerous contractors, but almost all were unable to handle such a large job (about 300 feet of walls.) Mark McEnery, the principal of The Providence Group (TPG) expressed an interest in my project, even though they tended to handle larger, commercial projects. He impressed me with his forthrightness, integrity and professionalism. I accepted his proposal, which included reinforcing some of the existing walls, which he felt would not support the additional weight of the stucco and paint. He had three crews visit my house and complete the project over several weeks, as promised, I am thrilled with the results, and would recommend TPG to anyone with a similar project. They are really experienced pros!

Mark contacted me to meet. His guy got on the roof, found the rotted wood and under lament that was turning to dust. Explained how they put 15 year paper down under 50 year tiles. Roof was built in 2002 (17 years old). Gave me 3 options and the best for me was to redo the under lament of the entire roof so I don't have to worry about this again. He put a temporary patch over the current leak until he could schedule me (about a month out). Called when they were ready and got it done quick. Super Happy!

Mark McEnery is 100% professional, does great work, communicates throughout the process and delivers an excellent final product. The guys on his crew are wonderful to work with; pleasant, professional, skilled and hard working. We contacted TPG for a roof repair. Mark responded quickly and set a date for an estimate. After review of our roof, Mark submitted estimates for both a substantial repair and a full replacement. We chose the replacement after Mark explained the pros and cons of each process. He also explained up front that the scope of work may increase due to the condition of the plywood under the existing roof. The work began on schedule. We were kept up to date on issues as they arose. The project turned out to be on the more difficult end of the estimate due to the poor condition of the old roof. Mark and his crew made sure we were aware of changes to the scope of work through constant communication and we were made very comfortable with the necessity of the changes. We received an updated contract so there were no surprises. The crew was respectful of our property and left the job site in great condition. Finishing details not part of the contract were added to make the project even better.

Received a detailed quotation two days after the loss was incurred that was a great help during negotiations with our insurance company. Work began immediately and was completed quickly to our complete satisfaction. We used this firm because it was recommended to us by a neighbor who had a similar good experience.

They did an outstanding job! Roof has never look this good! They were one of 5 contractors I solicited for a bid. I threw out the high and the low and between the three left, they were all within a few hundred dollars of each other. It boiled down to the professionalism of the actual printed bid, the statement of work and the detailed warranty. Thought it was goign to take about 3 - 4 weeks to get on the schedule, but Mark slid us in early so they could get to a long term commercial job. Thanks Mark!

The stress of the leaks were compounded by the fact I was on holiday. We contacted The Providence Group and five other providers with our dilemma -- and they clearly won the bid with the owner Mark's knowledge, responsiveness, flexibility, price and professionalism. They showed up when they said they would, did excellent work, were trustworthy and upstanding and made the project, once underway, go smoothly... and all of this while working with me long distance. Our tenant, an architect, looked over the work both as it progressed and at completion, and was impressed. Lastly, Mark managed all of this while suffering a family emergency. That is the definition of professionalism.

Mark and his crew are the best in the biz. From beginning to end, they were professional, prompt, and detail oriented. They matched the back roof to our front roof perfectly and cleaned up the job site better than it was when they started. They even let me utilize the roll off dumpster for all of my tree limbs that needed get taken to the dump. Honestly, if you need a company to take care of your roof, take the time and call Mark. He will take good care of you. I will definitely use these guys again for any future projects.
