We had the opportunity to work with Paul Filan as the person to come out to help understand our home situation with foundation cracks. This isnâ t a call any homeowner wants to make as itâ s $$$!!! I understood the importance of having it looked at before the issue gets worse. Before the appointment, I was given via mail valuable information on their company and processes they implement for fixing various issues. Now Iâ m informed which I appreciate before our meeting. Paul called to confirm our appointment days before hand. (It was an actual person and the person that is coming!!! Never happens any more!) Paul was on time, came prepared for all my questions and really took in all that I had to say. It felt like Paul was a friend that knew foundations/concrete instead of a sales person. Even worse a push sales person that thinks they are gods gift. I could see and feel Paul wanted to understand what we see and hear our thoughts on the issue. He addressed our questions from a higher perspective and then a deeper analysis of our home and foundation. Itâ s over 100 degrees out and Paul didnâ t rush anything. He came back and took time to explain in detail the issues, how he sees them and how they address our questions. Made us feel part of the process and helped us learn how these happen and such. Paul then presented the price in the form of options or levels of fixing. The layout was clean and straightforward. The prices seemed fair and matched the work that would be going in to the project. Each option was ok with him to be selected and described the differences. We ended up doing option three which was everything he found to be fixed. We were not pushed to that option but made the most sense for us. It was also really nice to see the pride he had for his company and his job. To me that tells he values and likes his job. Iâ m going to value and like the end result. Great customer service, knowledgeable, professional, honest, caring, able to communicate things I have no knowledge about in a way I can understand and now feel educated of the issue/process/ result.

I had the crew headed by Alfonso. All steps in this process were handled with care and careful explanation. The crew was skilled and capable; each one could answer any questions I had. I recommend them for repair of stem wall foundations and floor joists here in Flagstaff (which probably applies to most if not all homes on this clay soil).

AZ Foundations Solutions team was an incredible find for us in Benson! The process of foundation repair is really a work of art for this company and the crew we were fortunate to be hooked up with. Pier work done 10/17 thru 10/21 of 2022 - 13 piers were installed to correct our foundation issue. The permit staff kept me up to date on where my application was in the review process. The onsite workers were friendly and professional and got the job done.

Victor Rivera did a great job of coordinating the project and acting as my main point of contact. The field crew who did the work were professional and knowledgeable, they worked really hard, and did a great job overall, particularly the foreman Alonso and his right hand man Joey. I would definitely recommend them for any foundation repair.

We've only had the initial consultation, so far, but we were very impressed with Brian, the consultant, and with the brochures that AFS sent out to us prior to his visit. AFS offers real, permanent solutions, and Brian took the time to go over the whole property with us, take photos of all the problem areas, listen to all our concerns, and address all our questions. We are looking forward to seeing what the forensic report finds, and working on this project with AFS.

I hired Arizona Foundations Solutions to evaluate my home foundation before the home sale. They measured and calculated using technicians and engineers. They used state-of-the-art equipment. It was determined that we did not need to have any work done. I believe that this business is honest and reliable. They were friendly, quick to respond, and professional. I would highly recommend them and have confidence that their honestly is part of their foundation!

AFS LLC did a fantastic job in repairing my stem wall damage. The one man crew was professional and very knowledgeable in the work they completed. The job did take longer than originally planned as only one crew member was present over 3 days. I believe they were very thorough in the work they completed and have a great assurance that AFS's lifetime guarantee will carry me for the length of time I will own this home......and beyond.

When Danny came out to install our Moisture management equipment to mitigate future foundation heaving, he educated us very thoroughly. He made sure we understood everything he was going to do, and was an incredibly tuned in and empathetic listener. The install went flawlessly.

Will not even talk to me because I own a manufactured home. Problem is not even the home it is the slab next to the home. What a bunch of snobs!
