Other pool repair companies would not talk to me unless I was going to resurface the entire pool.  Mercury just asked me to send a picture of the crack and promptly sent me a bid.  They exceeded my expectations and even though the patch did not match perfectly they were completely upfront that it may not.   It is close enough and looks fine.
