After a brief overview of what they would be doing to fix the tank up, they quickly started pulling my fish out and cleaning the tank. They explained everything they would be doing to the tank as well as suggesting some improvements I could make to the tank to improve the flow and make up keep a lot easier on me. They paid attention to the small details that not even I had noticed until they pointed them out to me. All around great service!
