Biggest crook you?ve ever met. They lie and they don?t take care of anything. I just lost $1500 because he won?t come over

Started good but then he refused to come back out or communicate. Said he was going to give me an LED light for free. Then charged me $250 to my account. They said they would make it right but that was 6 weeks ago and they won?t answer my texts or phone calls. I?ve kept every text from them and they say every day they will be out to clean and they never come back .

The railing took 3 service visits to install but does not look professional, the pump installed was not a new pump. In addition, the worker was unprofessional and was not professional.

We called Coyote Pool Care after discovering that the tenets in one of our rental homes turned off the power to the pool equipment in an attempt to save themselves a few bucks a month on their power bill, which led to costing my wife and I what should have been easily a few thousand dollars based off of the horrendous condition not only the pool itself was in but also the various damaged portions of the filtration system. Ryan was in our backyard within 45 minutes of our first conversation despite it being after 8:30pm on a weekday. Ryan explained everything going on to my wife & I in terms we could understand, along with answering every question we had regardless of how trivial they may had been. Ryan gave us various options when it came to cleaning up that swamp and getting our equipment back up and running. I hired Ryan to convert my Airbnb pool to salt water, and to do the weekly maintenance. I've worked with several pool companies over the years and I can tell you Ryan's knowledge, professionalism, and customer service far exceed the previous pool services. Since it's an Airbnb, scheduling the conversion between guests is critical. Ryan not only completed the project on time, he made the extra effort to greet the guests and made sure his work was absolutely perfect! Bottoming, I found the diamond in the rough.
