I don't know how to do a bad job. Been doing this since I was 14. Now going on 40. I have seen it all when having to fix shady contractors. I used to have my license here as a general contractor but these days I love doing finish jobs

Frozen broken pipes are a much more difficult item to put a price tag on. The best course is to try to correct it as soon as possible: These tend to get worse rather than better, which means more costly. You will obviously be paying more for after hour emergency services, but time is of the essence.
