Handyman Services Electric work: •Change of switches (regular and dimmers) and outlets (GFCI, with USB charger and regular) •Fan installation (assembled, remove old, put new) •Installation-change of lights fixtures (indoor-outdoor lights) , vanity lights. •Change old lights with housing for HALO LED lights. •Installation of smart thermostat . Plumbing work: •Kitchen and bathroom faucet installation. •Change or installation of garbage disposal. •Change of valve of faucets and toilets due to problems of leaks or rusty-corrosion. •Change of the entire toilet tank system (flapper, flush system, bolts, gaskets, hose) •Cleaning of drains sinks, bathtubs with professional chemicals (change of drain parts or P-trap if necessary) •Change Toilets. •Install of towels bars, hooks, toilet paper holder, shower head. Other basic things for the home: •Small paint projects (touch up paint, patch drywall holes, paint rooms) •Cleaning of driveways, garages, patios, with pressure washer and professional chemicals. •install of door handle, deadbolt. I do other things at home, if you need something and it's not on the list, leave me a message, I'll surely be able to do it! Elastomeric coating flat roof Completely service: •Clean up tree trash, imperfections and dust, blowing all roof areas. •Clean with pressure washer and professional chemicals for best results. •Professional repair of cracks and places if you have water leaks. •Elastomeric application, we use premium products of excellent quality and guaranteed brand, I also guarantee my application work for 1 year if the product cracks. I can inspect your roof and if it looks good but is just dirty, I can also do the professional cleaning job with the right chemicals and a pressure washer. If you have gutters installed at house, I can clean too.
