"I recently had a plumbing issue in my home and contacted my home warranty for assistance. They sent a plumbing company to my house, but unfortunately, the company was unable to fix the issue. They claimed that the clog was due to misuse and abuse, and therefore not covered under the warranty. Feeling frustrated, I decided to call another plumbing company the next day. They arrived promptly and were able to clear the clog in just 10 minutes. I was shocked and relieved that the issue was resolved so quickly after the previous company had been unable to help. Overall, I was disappointed with the plumbing company that my home warranty had sent out. Their diagnosis of the problem seemed inaccurate, and they were not able to provide a solution. In contrast, the second plumbing company I called was efficient and effective in their work. I would recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services.""

"Hired to rip out existing shower and replace with tile. He said would take a week and it's been over a month. Says he'll be there, never shows or answers calls or text. He's been paid $2500, and still hasn't finished. Won't return calls. I have to hire someone else to come fix a lot of mistakes he's made. Didn't clean up after himself and now I have paint all over my yard. No hard feelings wish the guy well. Just wished I would have read a review before I hired him."
