I recently had a plumbing issue in my home and contacted my home warranty for assistance. They sent a plumbing company to my house, but unfortunately, the company was unable to fix the issue. They claimed that the clog was due to misuse and abuse, and therefore not covered under the warranty. Feeling frustrated, I decided to call another plumbing company the next day. They arrived promptly and were able to clear the clog in just 10 minutes. I was shocked and relieved that the issue was resolved so quickly after the previous company had been unable to help. Overall, I was disappointed with the plumbing company that my home warranty had sent out. Their diagnosis of the problem seemed inaccurate, and they were not able to provide a solution. In contrast, the second plumbing company I called was efficient and effective in their work. I would recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services."

Wish I could give 0 stars but unfortunately that's not possible. This company was contracted by my home warranty to repair my leaking, inoperable water heater. My water heater stopped working on a Thursday, they couldn't get anyone out until the following Monday. Not ideal but understandable. Mike called ahead on Monday during the 6 hour window I was quoted and advised me of his arrival time. That was about the only thing that went well. After spending over an hour and a half checking out my water heater I was told it needed to be replaced but they couldn't do it and the home warranty company wasn't going to cover it. Mike verified for me that the unit was under warranty and told me to contact the manufacturer. Upon contacting the manufacturer I was told that Mike had advised them that there was nothing wrong with my unit. No leak or issues and in order to work with me further they needed to be contacted by the technician regarding any issues as they were told there weren't any. I tried calling Anytime and left a message for a call back from Paige but no one ever reached out. I contacted them the following day and spoke to someone in the office. According to her there are no notes in the system as to the unit needing to be replaced. She doesn't have access to the technicians and cannot contact them for verification or to have them contact me or the manufacturer. She's going to talk to her manager Sarah and have someone contact me. Well... That never happened. Still waiting! I had to turn the water heater back on myself and verify that the top heating element is leaking and contact the manufacturer again to advise. At this point it seems they just collected the service fee, waited it out, told me what they thought would resolve the issue and I was out of luck. I will be contacting anyone I can to see if I have any recourse, although I'm sure there isn't any. Don't waste your time with them, try and find a company that can actually do the job their being hired for and have an interest in resolution, customer service and taking care of their clients, not just collecting the $$.

Price was better than other quotes however they used Chinese hose bibs, I doubt they will last long. Fortunately they were not soldered on and I will have to replace with some good quality brass bibs American made. Honestly for not a whole lot more money could have used quality parts

On time charge what they said they would and cleaned up after himself

The plumber sent me to buy the part because he “did not have it”, then when I bought the wrong item, he did s was quick temporary “fix” (with a part that I specifically requested not to be installed). Manager made no effort to resolve the issue.

Replaced water heater lines and nipples. My own heating A/C company wanted to charge over $400. Anytime charges me $160 for the same service. Thank you guys!

John and the crew from Anytime showed up on time and replaced my broken water heater. It was fast and very helpful. The even pointed out some damage that happened when my water heater leaked all over. I hope I don’t have to go throug this again, but if I do I will call Anytime again.

My kitchen faucet was leaking underneath my cabinets. Called Anytime Home Services, office staff were very friendly and I was able to be seen next day with technician Albert, he was very professional and got the job done! I would definitely recommend this company!
