"The first repairman showed up approx. 30 minutes after 5:00 and was here for approx. an hour and a half. He thought the problem was fixed (and so did I), but the next morning when I ran it, it did the same thing it was doing before the fix. I called Sears to get someone else back out that day and was told it would be another 6 days before they could. To me that was unacceptable. I was told I could not talk to anyone other than a supervisor on the phone (I went through 4 different women supervisors) and they were not cooperating. I could not find any other number to call or way to contact a higher authority. When I finally mentioned a lawyer, they managed to get someone out in 2 days instead. He managed to fix the machine and showed up on time - although the machine sounds terrible now when it is in the spin cycle. I will never use them again and would not recommend them to anyone."

"Deceptive, confrontational, and harassing. Looking to recoup in small claims court or with a lawsuit. Hired SteamKing for air duct and area rug cleaning. After service, found large 4 foot scratch in the flooring where the technician dragged the couch across the room and produced the scratch. I called SteamKing (sent an email with video and pictures) and they said that a supervisor would come out and assess. The same techs from the day previous returned the next day to try and fix their mistake. Was told they could do nothing, and that they were being "set up". Tech was confrontational, unprofessional and denied responsibility. There is overwhelming video evidence to show they were at fault. Asked tech and his partner to leave my home multiple times, as they were not helpful and I would be taking it up with his superiors. They refused to leave after being asked multiple times, and began to harass me in my own home. The confrontation and harassment was also recorded. Spoke with supervisor, not helpful. Would not recommend."
