Southwest Carpet & Air Duct Cleaning is family owned and operated. We clean carpets, oriental rugs, upholstery, tile and grout, air ducts and dryer vents. We also clean the carpet and upholstery in RV's and boats. We use a Brand New State of The Art truck mounted steam cleaning system. The only one in operation in Arizona. We use child and pet friendly cleaning solutions and we don't leave any residue behind. Your carpets WILL be dry within 4- 6 hrs upon completion. We had planned to have our sofa cleaned as well. He was very upfront in letting us know that he would not be able to get it as clean looking as we may wish. (It was pretty bad) We saved the money and put it toward a new sofa instead.

It went fine, my appointment was for 10:30 am but Mike called me at 10:45 and said he would be at my house in 45 minutes so he showed up almost 1 hour later than my appointment. he suggested I have my carpet scotch guarded so I agreed, it only took him 25 minutes to clean my living room which is pretty good size and in my mind it should have taken longer to do a good job but I'm no expert so ? I vacuumed my carpet before he got there and than I vacuumed the next day after it was clean and dry and there was a lot of residue left in the carpet. Mike was professional and he wore a facial mask, gloves, and shoe covers at my request, Overall it was ok.

Great service & very professional. Mike responded within half an hour to my initial inquiry. He scheduled me for the following week, called to confirm the night before, and arrived on time. Amazing service! He was on time, efficient and did excellent work! We lived in the house for 3 years and the carpets look brand new. We have dogs as well. Great quality. Best prices in town! Forget those bigger companies. Southwest Carpet and Duct cleaning is the way to go! ?

There was one thing he did that I didn't like. My garage door is broken and he opened it up without asking me, but he was very polite. He was late however too.
