Justin gave me a discount, even though he had nothing to do with the original installation. He and his team repaired the installation done incorrectly by Redeemerâ s group on their own. He visited the property multiple times, to check on the installation and followed up to make sure that the dehumidifiers and sump pumps were working properly. Sent me pictures throughout the process, which helps since Iâ m out of town. Unlike the other companies I spoke to and have used in the past, Justin doesnâ t seem to just be interested in a sale. "Tom was very eager to help and to make the job the best he could for the amount of money I had to work with. Overall they do a pretty good job. Scheduling delays occurred with both roof and gutter crews due to a busy storm season. While understandable, the delays could have been communicated better and cleanup a little more thorough once the job was completed. I think a ‘B’ is a pretty fair rating, the work didn’t blow my mind but was satisfactory and should last for years to come."
