KORDSMEIER REMODELING SVC

plumbing got done with an inappropriate inspection cert was done, they were to remodel our house and said they would get back to us on a quote and and after three months waiting to here back we left messeg after messege for someone to contact us on prices.. we called and all we got was we told the one who came out you called he will call you he said..... another three weeks go by and heard nothing we called and was told he will call by end of week and nothing . in the mids of all this we caloberated with another contractor on other needs who had exsperiance with this company and had a bad exsperiance with there crews who stold items from his house... wich really launched us in mode to cntact this company to get some kinda results. another month goes by we finally get a call from the man running the estiamte for us and its 9 months later and he says this ..i have to honest with you mr hall youre job is too big for us and we would have to find some other professional in our area....... sooo it took 10 months for an hnest word from there mouths? yet alone the waiting we done and the many phone calls? sooo we were upset and wanted to speek with the owner of the company and that was no success... but we did get the estimator on the phone again who told me this if i was out to get someone fired its not gonna work and not to call there offices again...... soo we didnt... but we thought hey lets just leave a honest ontime review on face book... and soo we sought out to do just that and we came across a couple and done a review with the exact exsperiance we had from this company .... and soo we left outr review. and noticed there rating dropped right..... and then a day or two later the company must have colaberated with there freinds to leave false review numbers to return there rating to the 5 stars.... lolol thats funny how companies think they can beat the word of honesty ... a persons exsperiance will never change just like first impressions...... ... this company is not one bit accountable for there actions.

Touch and go trying to get a solid plan and estimate for my room addition. He would never return my calls and the estimate on the project he recommended did not meet my current needs ( or building codes for our town) I ended up calling another provider to have the job done. It's a shame I had good friends recommend this company to me.
