If there is a problem with your clean we will come back at no charge to you and clean the area of your concern except for pet spots or out of local area (trip charge would be applied). We have a $85.00 minimum, we have not had a price increase in 14 years which makes our loyal customers very comfortable. Our company can have references to a new customer in 24 hours. We offer free carpet estimates in our local area. Trip charges will be added for the following areas: Searcy, Carlisle, Keo, Conway, Alexander, Bryant, Benton, Ferndale, Roland and El Paso. Trip charges are depending on how far out can be $25.00 up to $50.00. Just ask our customer service representive and she will let you know exactly how much or if there is not charge. Our carpet cleaning method is warm water extraction with a dry time of 3-4 hours depending on the weather and time of year. Value Package: (without pets living in house) 38 cents per sqft - moving all of the **furnishings and cleaning carpet underneath moving furniture back to original placement with styrafoam 1" thick tabs placed under furnishings.
